My husband ordered me a soleus fit band from Simply run 9th April. Got email next day saying despatched. Great... Sadly never arrived. Chased and chased again. Suddenly they say they are awaiting stock???? It was in stock when they took our money.... After almost 3 weeks and no more replies from our emails we called the shop.... Surprise surprise... They do not have the item ordered and have no idea when stock is coming in. Disgusting service. Stay away....
