The Good - It has a cut out for a cable releaseThe Bad - The horizontal arca swiss plate is slightly too big, meaning its not so much a quick release, as wiggle, wiggle, wiggle some more and try and get the blinking thing off the tripod head.... its absolutely fine in portrait mode though.The Very Bad- It slips in the vertical aspect (the whole point of using one of these), meaning its utterly useless. It has stops to try and stop this when it all its needs is a solid base where it attaches to the camera and rubber grips (like every other L Bracket). I found that with a 24/70 and Lee system attached I was having to re tighten the brackets every 5 minutes. It's incredibly annoying,

Poor product Very poor after sales service . Probably the worst I have ever encounter .Dont waste your money
