Well constructed like Sigma’s other Art lenses..good long smooth focus ring for fine tuning manual focusing but has fast autofocus capability with the option to limit the range to reduce focus hunting once set up. This is a reassuringly hearty lens with a filter thread of 82mm (the same as the 85mm) so will add a lot of weight to your camera bag. It’s not a focal length I’ve used before but I’m pleased with the results so far, works well with my Nikon D850.
