I have been using Samsonite backpacks and luggages for nearly 25 years. This product’s quality has been very disappointing from the beginning. It has a cheap look and plastic hangers hidden behind a zipped pocket which remains open once you got them out. This is not a good solution if it rains of course so rainwater can practically leak inside your bag. You can probably buy a similar quality product elsewhere without paying a premium price in my opinion. I will never buy a Samsonite product online without seeing its quality with my own eyes!!!
