Rubbish. Wheels falling off on second trip! Warranty rubbish. I have to pay £30 to send the suitcases to the repairer. Samsonite will not accept responsibility for shipping. These are 10 months old and due to large size only used on 2 family holidays over that period. They will not confirm if I am actually going to have to pay for the repair until they see them and confirm it’s a fault!!Never had samsonite before (Antler and Delsey never have any problems) but will not buy this brand again.

I thought Samsonite was supposed to stand for high quality and longevity. I am afraid to say this product falls well short and already it is coming apart after 2 holidays. Not impressed.

Can't open it. Release button doesn't work. Also Amazon FAILEDTO LIVE UP TO THEIR PRIME GUARANTEE AGAIN!!!!
