As someone is very travelled; I make two trips a month between various long and short haul destinations, it is important that I have robust and high quality luggage. Having moved to Stag from the older style Samsonite cases the latter, which did not last as long as expected for the price I paid, I decided to go back to Samsonite.Having made several journeys now with them I can honestly say that they are well worth the money even though the price for a case is quite steep and may put some buyers off.I would say pay that bit extra and invest in these as they are very strong including the inside lining and zips,

Very lightweight and solid case, great quality and details. Very nice and smooth wheels and soild handle but there is one slight issue i have this. The zipper has a very werid design that is different from all other expandable cases i have ever used.The zipper is double layered, stacked one inside of the other. So you must open both zips to open the case and close both zips to close the case. If you want it inn the expanded state, you just close one zip. So if you always want it in the expanded state by default, then this works fine. But if you want to use it in the compacted state, you must close and open both zips each and every time you want to access anything inside,

This is a beautiful looking suitcase that just oozes class and quality. Obviously Samsonite is a premium brand so you expect a certain build quality but this case has far exceeded my expectations. I love the almost futuristic, lightweight design and the way it glides along the floor like air is stunning. I remember seeing Samsonite luggage in high end department stores at eye watering prices and never thought I’d own one. At this price this suitcase is a steal and will see you through many airports for many years to come!

Bought x2 of these one white and the other pink for my daughters school trips away to France and Germany. Space was sufficient for both girls to comfortably fit enough clothes for the 5 days. They used the expandable part on the way back after buying souvenirs / gifts and found this aspect really easy to operate despite some of the reviews I had seen.It’s stylish, sturdy and a good investment. So far am really happy with this purchase and don’t see any faults. Will be good to review again after 6 mths use.

Excellent, highly recommend... Very high build quality, looks incredibly premium, very easy to open and with smooth solid zips. The expandable zip option works brilliantly when you have packed a bit too much in the normal depth. The two lock slots are easy to program with the 3 digit combination. Very smooth wheels and easy to push alongside you or pull with the case behind you. All in all an expensive but very premium very well made and designed travel case.

I travel a lot. I have this case and the slightly bigger version too.Both cases have quality liners, and are exceptionally well made, but it's the spinner wheels that feel luxurious. No matter how full or heavy, these cases just glide with the littlest of effort.I would replace these with the same make/model in a heartbeat, but the quality is such that I don't think I'll have to.ps the expander portion and locks are very well made too

Looks like a very sturdy bag. Lightweight but is quite big and has plenty enough space for your items. It also comes with a lock (does not require a key, only for TSA purposes in America if they require your bag to be opened instead of breaking your bag apart). I found this out through some of the questions on the Amazon page after trying to figure out where they key is.All in all, very satisfied with the product.

Everyone complaining about missing key don't understand that we are not supposed to get a key. A key hole is for Transport Security Administration in States in case they decide to check your bag at the airport they don't have to damage your fancy suitcase when they try to open it. Only TSA have a key. I didn't buy my suitcase on Amazon and didn't get a key either. My blue XL suitcase is very nice, I like it a lot.

Samsonite are proven to be the best suitcases in the World. I am extremely happy with my purchase. As you know Samsonite name is coming from Samson. DescriptionSamson was the last of the judges of the ancient Israelites mentioned in the Book of Judges in the Hebrew Bible and one of the last of the leaders who "judged" Israel before the institution of the monarchy.

Have been using 55/20 for about 6 months, now purchased another one, for my travel companion. These are lightweight, and much more spacious than similiar cabin luggages.I have researched different ones from leading brands Tumi, Rimowa, Samsonite. Nothing checks all the boxes like this one.Rigid Case, Expandable, Light, Good Wheels and it’s cheaper than others.

I only gave 4 stars because I just traveled once and the locking system is broken, you put the zip edge in the locking system and because the way they throw the luggage in the plane they just broke it. Is a pain to pay this money for a luggage and use it one time, could be better if you just use a normal locker, is a shame I didn't know that time.

I feel I’ve got a real deal considering the price I paid and only the packaging was damaged (if there’s anything else wrong I can’t see it). It arrived very promptly. I’ve got a smaller one too and they are really good quality, very lightweight and being expandable allows for the souvenirs we all buy and forget we’ve got to fit into our suitcases.

Good brand and has plenty of space.Only downside I'd say is that the expandable section makes this suitcase a bit unsecure. Get the feeling that if it were thrown about at the airport, it'd probably tear. Bought two of them. One in a smaller size and felt the same with that too. A little over priced for what it is but a good case overall.

These suitcases are really good. The material is flexible yet very solid at the same time.Another excellent feature is that these suitcases are extremely light weight.The largest size available really is massive so its ideal for long distance trips or for a wife who carries too many shoes with her when travelling (just like mine)!

The zippers are not smooth on the corners . My one came a bit raptured.The body is not scratch proof. They scratch easily and the plastic is not string enough on the outer shell.But it is easy to travel with and I always loved the SAMSONITE brand from a very young age.
