Great high chair & really good value for money. I removed the tray part when my son was about 11 months old and stopped throwing so much food around. His knees now tuck under our dining table perfectly so he's sitting safely at the table like his sisters and very pleased with himself. Now he's 13 months old I've just removed the bar that goes in front of his tummy as he doesn't need that anymore and can climb in it himself, it's very stable. There are only 2 things I would change and that is a) perhaps needs a more hard wearing varnish on the tray as it has come off in places where I've scrubbed it too hard to get weetabix off it (why does it dry like cement!?) which doesn't mean it's cheaply made,it's just very nice wood and needs a little care in the cleaning of the tray- something I've never been good at :-) b) You also have to make sure the seat safety clips are the right way up otherwise they won't insert into the central clip point which can sometimes be annoying if I'm in a hurry as you can't see the clips very well from above when they are under a little fat tummy and/or a long bib. I would make them work either way up so I could just clip them by feel instead of having to look at them, but I am someone who is always in a rush these days so it might not bother everyone. Overall a great product that we'll be using for a good few years.

This is (almost) a perfect high chair!!Pros--so much cheaper than the other leading wooden high chair brand;-so easy to clean- trust me we've done with my LO baby led weaning and the mess was everywhere!Swapped my other full padded high chair for this one! Just couldn't afford spending all this time on scrubing the seat! Perfect swap!- there is no paint- so nothing is chipping off! Safe for the LO-been using this now for more than 5mth and I'd say looks exactly the same- removable tray!-adjustable feet- no, it's not a rocking chair ;)- even with the tray fits at the table-tray slightly narrower than the plastic versions- but we've been using nubby's silicone food tray/plate and it works perfect;CONS-there is no fitted bar in between the legs, only part of the strap- not ideal-there is no strap to hold LO with shoulders- never a problem for us- but if the LO wants to get out it might be an issue..Still a great Highchair! Comes with removable tray and you can see from the pics how looks in real.Recommended

We bought this high chair for our daughter who has just turned 6 months. She loves sitting up in it and is very comfortable. We like how the tray is easily removable and also sits over the table so you can pull your child up to the table letting them be part of the family meal. The tray also wipes clean nicely. The finish is really nice and the chair was easy to assemble. We liked how this chair can grow with the child and compared to other high chairs on the market which do the same thing, it is a very good price. We find the 3 point harness seems to work fine and the straps are a good length. We could not find a cushion for the seat to pad it out whilst she is still little; well not one that Safety 1st make.We tried to get hold of one and Safety 1st responded quickly, although sadly were unable to locate a cushion for us. We found that a Hauck Alpha Padded Cushion has done the trick nicely! Overall, although early days in this chairs journey, we are very happy with it!!

Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions and very sturdy once set up.Main feautures include removable tray, three point harness, safety bar, adjustable seat and footrest height. This item doesn't fold away and has to be permanently assembled but it is a lot smaller than other highchairs on the market and hardly takes up any room. It's a great investment piece as this highchair grows with your child. It can be used from 6 months and transforms into a junior seat for up to 9/10 years of age.I love that the chair height allows your child to join in with family meals on the main table and the tray can be easily taken off too. There are also grips on the feet which prevent it from slipping around. The wooden surface is also very easy to wipe clean. We have purchased the matching padded insert which makes the seat a bit more comfortable and I would recommend that as well.Well made, solid, and as good as any high end model. The perfect highchair. Great buy!!

Bought this chair for my 3 year old to be able to sit and eat and work at the dining table with stable body support. Not used with the tray as not needed at his age. Very easy to assemble as long as you’re aware from the start that the screws shouldn’t be screwed too tightly in order to fit the plates (seat and footrest in), otherwise you’ll be undoing them so you can do this. While not able to push himself in (if he sits down himself) once he’s on the seat, he’s easily able to get down and the seat is not unstable. My husband who was reluctant for me to purchase this and definitely did not want me to purchase the Stokke (due to price),agrees that it was a brilliant purchase and he can also see the benefit in how our son functions at the table.

This is just what I need for my two year old little boy who is too big for a high chair but not big enough to sit up to the table using a standard chair. It was easy to put together, is good quality, sturdy and my little boy looks very comfortable sat on it. I was considering buying a Tripp trapp chair before I found this and I am so glad I didn't because this half the price and as far as I can see does the same job! I have seen previous reviews saying the straps are not very long but they are fine and still have some room left for my little boy who is tall for his age and not far off being 3. I like it so much I am considering buying a second one for grandmas and grandads house!

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old to use atthe breakfast bar as our bar stools are not safe due to the risk of tipping. On its highest setting it is just high enough for her to eat at the breakfast bar but I have put a little cushion on the seat to give it an extra inch ( she is also quite tall for her age).It was easy to assemble on my own and is a really sturdy, good quality high chair. I like the fact that you can adjust the seat height and the footrest and it is quick and easy to adjust.

For price a very good buy. You have to assemble it so you need to be a bit handy & follow instructions. But all parts were there & fitted together well. It's got an excellent surface for cleaning while still looking good as a wood product. It's a real high chair too - perfect height for infant to join in with the family & growing child to be able to stay at family height, lowering the step as needed. The one problem is the harness - it let the product down - bad fit & buckle quickly broke.

Exactly what I was looking for, small footprint, wooden, easy to clean and can develop with the child (ie. removable tray, removable harness, adjustable seat/step height). Although this item doesn't fold and has to be permanently assembled similar to a piece of flat-pack furniture, it has a much smaller footprint than a generic high chair that folds away. Much easier to clean than the padded plastic chair we were using previously. Small chip on inner lip of tray but only noticed after assembly.

I’m well practiced in putting together flat packs, but I found this very frustrating to put together, the instructions are poor, the bolts are difficult to screw in place and I had 2 of the same piece which the tray slots into (rather than 1 for each side)Unfortunately, I didn’t realise until the end of putting it together as they’re the last pieces to go on... so rather than send back and have to go through putting it all together again I put it on anyway. otherwise a good sturdy high chair

Highchair arrived in good time and in perfect condition. It was awkward to put up, and took two of us to fix together, but once assembled was extremely sturdy and looked great. My baby is 6 months old, and getting her little legs into the chair can be difficult at times because I don't remove the tray (I keep snapping my fingers in the buttons so I'm planning on leaving the tray in place until she's too big for it). Apart from that it does everything I expected! It's also super easy to clean.

Been using this chair for a few months & have a love/hate relationship with it. The tray is small and has no lip on the inside so he knocks food into his lap constantly, the cross bar is too tight/low and difficult to get in without scraping shins, tray can't be removed one handed. However I would still buy it again, its fab quality and looks really expensive but isn't, its heavy so wont tip, can be used at the table & will last him until he's +10yo. Just have to get through the tray stage.

Bought this for our holiday cottage as it looks nice, is flexible for a large age range and is easy to clean. The previous one looked prettier, more comfy and folded up but was put away dirty-went mouldy- couldn't clean the straps. That cant happen with this.Fairly easy to construct but found it fairly heavy (but that can be a safety feature) also the foot platform is difficult to move. Not been used yet so might change our opinion in time but the plusses outweigh the negs.

I had a expensive bulky highchair before this one but wanted something that was smaller & grew with my child i looked at other high end highchairs similar to this one but couldn't justify spending so much! I did my research on this one! he is 11 months old i was worried it may not be comfortable but he loves it! Its superb quality & so much easy to clean as its all wood! He sits i it very comfortably! would highly recommend you won't regret it i wish id bought it sooner! ?

Was initially delighted with this purchase (bought two as have twins) but now as my kids are trying to jump out of the chairs, it has been a nightmare trying to affix a 5 point harness (the Safety 1st harnesses which I sourced separately are TINY and won’t tie around the chests of my skinny boys and are also very hard to fit onto the chair). I’m €40 down and on my second set of harnesses, which I’m still not entirely happy or comfortable with. So disappointed.
