Delivery time ok, we did request snail mail so no complaints there. The product fits perfectly the straps fit comfortably over the padding, it doesn't quiet seem to fit as high as the picture would suggest but i would guess if it did the fitting of the straps may be compromised. Cleaning is easy and the fact the side pads are flaps and not attached to the seat cushion means there are less crevises for bits of food to hide in. The little fella does slip abit but it is not really a problem as without he would undoubtedly slip more. Reasonable price compared to comparable ones so all in all happy campers

If you want a quality highchair at a sensible price this should be top of your list.It is very well designed and looks smart and modern. The wood used in the construction is very smooth and hard wearing and the workmanship is second to none. It is very safe, easy to keep clean and doesn't take up as much room as other quality chairs. We are delighted with it...we actually saw the same highchairs in a Motorway restaurant, chosen because they really do need to be safe and strong! Delivery was amazingly quick as well.Well done Amazon.

I had bought a highchair as my grandaughter was coming to stay with me and needed a chair insert. I ordered this but Amazon cancelled my order because there had made a mistake with the barcoding! It was too late to get another before she came to stay and I had to use my chair cushion which was not good. Did feel let down but received a phone call from the company who showed excellent customer service and apologised for my inconvenience. They have more than made up for their mistake. Would reccomend useing this company.

I bought this to take with us when we go to restaurants. I found most high chairs at eateries are uncomfortable and my six month old looks small in them meaning there is too much room to wiggle around. I took this along to a recent meal out and people in the table next to us thought we were given a better gig chair than them. Haha, I am so glad I thought of this :-) it's obviously really easy to clean which is a bonus. Just wipe it down, no need for a washing machine.

This eastcoast watermelon highchair insert fits perfectly and looks great. However, I have given it 4 stars as it doesn't fit perfectly together with the straps on the highchair. Instead of having holes for the straps to go through, they come over and around the top and sides of the insert. We still love the great design and it makes a lot of difference in helping a younger baby who wants to be sat at the table with everyone :)

I wasn't sure whether this would fit my particular East Coast high chair (the multi-position one) as other reviews I had read were from people who had different East Coast chairs, but am pleased to say it does. Its good quality and definitely makes it more comfortable for my baby. It also seems to help him sit better in the chair. Its very easy to slot in around the harness. Its very easy to clean.

This is a great product & we have found it essential for our 6 month old daughter when using her new highchair. It is easy to clean & looks good too. However, it is quite slippy. Our daughter is quite small for the highchair & has only just started sitting unaided, so she does slip a little in the seat. This would be much worse without the insert and Im sure it will improve as she grows.

This insert looks great and unlike some on the highstreet inserts doesn't have much of a plastic smell. I still need to put a rolled up blanket next to my daughter as she's not yet sitting up by herself but it makes the chair very comfortable for her. It's also been very easy to clean and we took it on holiday with us to use in the hotel's wooden highchair which worked really well.

Previously the inserts for the East Coast high chairs would crack very quickly on the seams, but these ones have a strip of additional fabric over the top of the joins, which provides an extra layer of strength.I wasn't too keen on the pattern, but actually its quite nice, the colours are more muted in real life. Nice product and already lasting longer than previous ones bought.

I brought this insert for existing highchair which was too big for my Granddaughter when she was younger (6-9 months). We had to prop her up with cushions/blankets as she kept sliding down in the highchair, We are expecting our 2nd Grand child in July so when I found this insert I had to buy it. Its red so suitable for girl or boy and wipe clean.

Perfect product. Fits into the EastCoast wooden combination highchair perfectly and stops baby form sliding on the bare wooden chair surface. Has holes for the harness, with extra holes to allow shoulder straps to be adjusted as little one get older. Side wings add additional comfort and security. Design is lovely too and is wipe clean.

Wonderful product - I can't believe I didn't think to buy an insert when I got the highchair! As soon as the chair arrived I realised we couldn't comfortably put out baby in it, so we hunted for an insert and found this one - it's perfect. Safe, comfortable, and importantly, washable!Great product and excellent service.

It looks good and is comfortable by what I can see while my granddaughters sitting in it, the only thing wrong is the shoulder straps hang down not on her shoulders, reason is there r no holes to push the straps through the back cushion and making it fit properly against her back, maybe an idea for the makers to look at.

got this as daughter was too small to use the chair without it. Cleans and comes up really well each time I was dubious about the colour and a child with food but all the marks come off with a clean and it still looks good. also once fitted in the high chair does keep daughter from sliding about. Would recommend.

We bought it when she was 6 month old, she will be 4 y old soon and we use the chair almost daily (exactly the same wooden set as on the photo). Still bright colours and does what it supposed to do. I added additional stripes at the back and underneath to stop it sliding from the chair, otherwise good quality.
