Finally got around to replacing my pipe insulation with a proper set of roof rack pads for my kayak. Very pleased with these which have a secure taping system meaning they stay padded side up. Look robust enough to last for a few years. Given suitable ratcheting down the kayak no longer bounces and doesn't slew. Can thoroughly recommend.
