Bought these Reebok Flexagon for circuits as a cheaper alternative to Nike Metcon which is what were recommended. I have a narrow heel and a shallow foot, and I like lots of space in the toe so it can be awkward to find something that suits. The flexagons have a very comfortable insole with a sole which is supportive of movement in all directions. The upper is a lovely soft, almost knit style, fabric, which holds the foot snugly in place but doesn't constrict at all. These are definitely a cross fit/HIIT/circuits shoe and not a running shoe, they are fine for the small amount of running we do during circuits but not for long distances.
