The Quickdraw seller has advertised the wrong pen in their description here. I have brought this to their attention but it has not been rectified. The pen I received was not retractable. It was a pen with a lid. It was a vTech and was blue but just not the one advertised. I specially wanted the pen in the photograph, in particular, a retractable pen with out a lid.I emailed the seller to politely ask how they would like to deal with the error and heard nothing back. It's only £1.99 so no biggy but I don't want others to fall into the same trap I did. The pen I received can be bought from many other sellers at a cheaper price so don't be fooled by this ad!

The supplier was very helpful and sent me a new one when the first got damaged in the post. But! And I don’t know if they realise this, the pen is faulty for sure. It scratches the paper and the ink either flows or barely comes out. I ordered two and both are like this. I have a black one from a previous purchase and it writes like a dream! That is why I wanted blue ones as well because the black was so good. So for the scratchiness it is 1 star only.
