as an artist these are my go to pens both the refillable ones and the disposables . so whats the difference well as an artist i use these all day every day the have a super fine line around 0.5 mm there is a v 5 which is even finer i use them as well . they work and they feel smooth give a consistent line and have that feel good factor in the handthe downsides well compared to the disposable pens they aint cheap again you get what you pay forthe other thing is the cartridge system doesnt always seal every time so you get a bit of leakage when you chage tham and the tips wear over time and im talking over a loooong tme i have some of these that are 3 or 4 years oldo and the biggy is they get

Love these pens, I wanted a pen that could be refilled, this fits the profile perfectly, it writes smoothly and lasts for ages.
