BCAA's are ideal for those who are training hard, they help bind the protein together, You do have to take quite a few before and after training, and PhD recommend about 15 a day which is quite high and they are quite large. I do find most BCAA's are quite large though. They have no taste. They seem to work which is the main thing, I would just suggest buy a larger pack

Not easy to take 15 capsules a day and does not last that long but almost every bcaa in capsules is the same. Good product overall
