I first tried these 2 yrs ago and fell in love.They contain 0 carbs, 0 fat, and the 16-20 kcal per can comes from the BCAA / Protein.Most of these drink taste bad, or they taste OK but have decaying body like morning death breath after taste, these taste very good.I have tried the Red Berry, Elderflower and Cirtrous, Peach and Pear and the are all great. Red Berry and Pear are my favourite.The cans say don't mix with spirits/vodka, but let me assure you, they taste amazing with Vodka and/or Bicardi ;)

Honestly the best drink I've ever tasted! Sugar free, full of bcaas and an amazing taste!! What else do you want? Love the non caffeine drink too. All great flavours
