Having bought a new pair of curtains similar to this from a popular physical retailing company, I was disappointed when that pair didn't seem to block out anything. Neither did they look good when installed. So, I admit to ordering these Dreamscene curtains on a whim, just to finish off the room I've spent so long decorating.It was therefore a huge surprise and relief to find that the Amazon curtains were not only a better pair but look and feel so much more luxurious than what they actually advertised them as! I'm now looking at getting yet another pair of these for the bedroom!These first perfectly in our living room and the silver colour complements our dark blue walls.Beautifully made,

Nice curtain if you don't want anything heavy. Easy to put up and looks good. Probably should have been ironed first, but hopefully will fall out by itself. Not completely blackout, but I didn't want that. The photo shows the curtain in full sunshine. It gives the bedroom a pleasant pinky glow....Five months later the curtains were as creasy as before. I decided to bite the bullet and sort them out. I took them down and read the laundry label. No ironing, it said. Perhaps if I wash them and hang them out, they will straighen out, I thought. No joy with that. The curtains were still equally creasy after a wash and drip dry.In desperation I googled if you can iron pure polyester. Apparently you can,

I read reviews thoroughly before ordered it. Therefore, I know the light colour will not provide good blackout result. But that is the colour I need for our bedroom. And most 90"*54" curtains are expensive, so I decided to buy an extra thermal lining to make it a better blackout curtains, and it works perfectly, husband loves it (I don't really care about the light). Fabric is good for the price, but if I didint read the reviews, I would be disappointed by the blackout result with this beige curtains. But because of the price, it allows me to get another pair lining without outta budget.

I bought these to go across the bottom of the stairs which go straight up from the lounge. They certainly keep the heat in the lounge. Also when stair light is on you can't see the light through. My only criticism is that the ends of the tape at the top are not finished off properly. When I put a hook through the last hoop the weight of the curtain pulled the threads that make up the hoop through. A row of machine stitching is all that is needed and then they would have been perfect and got 5 stars. Its a finishing touch that would have made all the difference.

Bought theses for my sons bedroom, he doesn't like the early sunshine and he likes to sleep at 5pm, like the other reviews say they are actually black out and for the prices its impressive, I bought them in black and they are black on both sides which is nice, they say they are noise reducing but I live in a quiet area so I don't know about that. But if your looking for black out curtains that look nice and actually black out the room these are a must, really god value.

I am happy with these curtains for our bedroom. The fabric is lovely and soft and they have hung nicely after a quick iron over to remove fold creases. I gave 4 stars because being a sewer I saw that the needle had punched holes in the fabric where the header tape is sewn on as though the sewing needle used was blunt or the incorrect size. However, this wasn't noticeable when the curtains were put up. They are value for money so I have no complaints.

The stitching on the 3rd line of one panel meant the thread couldn't run through the tape to gather. The other panel was tight and when pulled it snapped. Messaged seller & in 24hrs I had a new pair delivere! Brilliant service. Faulty pair on way back as 2nd pair all good.Don't expect these curtains to be thick because they aren't and will be creased when you hang them but they do block light out and hopefully the creases will drop out.

What fantastic value for money these are? Very soft to the touch and lovely fabric. Pretty pink and matched into my bedroom scheme perfectly. Well pleased with them. Have bought these for my daughter on a previous occasion in a beige colour and she was very pleased with them so decided to have some for myself. Very impressed with the quality and they hang beautifully. Thank you.

These were purchased for a bedroom. I was really surprised how lightweight they are and was sceptical about the level of blackout they would provide, but was delighted to be proved wrong, they are excellent for my needs. They needed an iron and as they are so light the seams can look a bit wobbly but you get what you pay for and for the price, these are excellent!

This is the 4th pair of this type if curtain I've bought, they are great quality for thd price. The lighter the colour the less effective the 'blackout' element, but they're certainly more effective than ordinary ones. Difficult to measure the thermal quality but they don't let in any window draft, if that makes sense. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I wanted to turn these curtains up as they didn't stock shorter length but found it difficult because of the thickness of the material.Thete is a blackout layer between two lighter layers.The material also runs when pinning up the hem.However for the price they are well made .Just be careful when shortening them.

Received the day after dispatch, very high quality Blackout Curtains at a very bargain price, a lot more expensive elsewhere, now we can watch TV without any light reflections on the screen, and will help to keep the room cooler. I highly recommend these very high quality blackout curtains.Thank you.

My only criticism was that the cotton threads that you pull to create the folds to insert your curtain hooks were not attached!!!!! So I pulled them and they came out so I had to re- thread and then attach one end so that I could make the folds safely!You get what you pay for - they do the job!

Bought these to see us through a temporary move in between homes and i’m really pleased with them. Lovely curtains and very good value. They have a sheen to the pile so look more expensive than they are. Very efficient black out too. Size is true. Very pleased with the quality for the money.

These are so much better than I expected, despite not being lined. I ordered charcoal gray at 2 times the width of my window and they are a good solid gray on both sides though not quite as dark as I hoped. They block out so much ambient light I have to set a better alarm or I sleep in.
