In general it is a very nice chair. But...As described on the photo I am taking a screwdriver three times a day to tighten the screw. It is very irritating and prevents chair from smooth rolling.Probably it is a bad luck with my particular chair, I hope others don’t suffer that much.

This is a well thought and carefully designed product, but the overall quality does not correspond to its price. It's mostly made of cheap plastic, with metal tubing to reinforce the skeleton. It feels very cheap and I would expect it to be priced below £100.
