These are wonderful binoculars with an unbelievable 10 year warranty. The image quality is sharp. I've looked through other binoculars that are very hard to focus and the night sky looks like pea soup. Not the case with these binoculars! I use them when reclining in a zero gravity lawn chair and although they are a little heavy, they are easy to focus and comfortable. These are definitely my go to binoculars when I'm not using a tripod. 6.5° field of view is perfect for open clusters and deep sky objects. I have viewed the Pleiades, the Andromeda galaxy, the Perseus double cluster, the Orion nebula, M13, and the moon with these binoculars. You'll never believe how many stars are up there until you've looked at the Milky Way through binoculars.

This is the first pair of binoculars I have ever owned that did what I always thought binoculars should do: magnify bright and clear. Until this one, all binoculars I ever had before used up too much light before getting to my eyes. This Orion lets through plenty of light, which makes a big difference. I could cry, I am so pleased. With every pair I ever had before, the degree of magnification was always at least a little disappointing. But this Orion magnifies quite a bit more than I expected. It is so powerful, you do need a tripod sometimes, depending on how you are using it. I have also used it free-hand, and, man, it gets out there. Also very pleased with the eyepiece arrangement that allows for either with eyewear,

These are absolutely gorgeous. The lenses I mean. For example, a warm and slightly humid day on a lake this summer - its almost as if the lenses and the gases inside actually clean up the light. That's what I kept saying to my dad, like things were crisp and clear and clean, when looking across the lake at the shoreline a mile+ away. Hands down the best binoculars I've ever owned.

I love these binoculars, I am a backyard astronomer, and spend a lot of time with telescopes, and binoculars, I couldn't believe how light weight they are, and they work great with my glasses. All in all a great set of binoculars, I highly recommend them for any astronomer, or outdoor enthusiast.

A nice step up for the older amateur astronomer. I had been using 7x35 Tasco binoculars; but for older eyes wearing progressive lenses, this is just what the doctor ordered. For late fall: the Pleiades, Hyades, and the Andomenda galaxy were all pretty impressive through these binoculars.

I have had these binoculars for 2 years now using it sporadically and the quality is still as it was new. Use it to see the moon craters, birds and landscape. Slightly tiring if you hang it on your neck for long periods. Good image quality.

I own a pair of these binoculars for myself. I was so happy with them that I bought another set for my oldest son as a Christmas present. Both sets arrived, and remain, in perfect order. You can't beat the bang for the buck here.

Love these binoculars! Well made and powerful. If you are using these for gazing at the moon and other celestial objects, I recommend a tripod. These rival many 4" telescopes. Very clear and gather light extremely well at night.

My Husband was thrilled with this birthday gift! They are fantastic for star, moon, bird and even whale watching too! Lightweight and powerful. Next purchase will be binoculars on a stand for the whales.

This is a good pair for taking anywhere when you dont want to haul a telescope around or just for quick views of the night sky. I can see the andromeda galaxy even from my light polluted city.

Great set of binoculars. Purchased these because they will work with our without glasses. Purchased for star viewing and they work great. Very clear viewing and easy to adjust for clarity.

Quite a good binocular, a bit cheap in terms of material quality, but excellent lenses, ease of operation and very clear image, would buy it again if I lost these.

These binoculars are excellent. Wide field of view, good optics excellent for both casual terrestrial and sky viewing. Would highly recommend.

Finally found binoculars that have enough eye relief to work with my glasses without limiting the field of view too much. Sharp views. Light.

These glasses compare very well to binoculars that cost twice as much, very sharp and well balanced.Orion products are good.
