THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS GOOD BECAUSE IT ENABLES YOU TO JUST POP IT IN YOUR EAR AND TAKE OR RECEIVE A CALL.I AM UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO CANNOT STAND HAVING THINGS ATTACHED TO MY EAR WHICH IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO WITH MOST BLUETOOTH DEVICES TODAY.THE ONLY BAD POINT I WOULD MAKE IS THAT THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE IT IN ENGLISH.I WAS FORTUNATE TO HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT BEFORE(UNFORTUNATELY IT BROKE), AND KEPT THE INSTRUCTIONS.WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER I WAS TOLD THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED.BUT OVERALL IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE THE USE OF AN EARPEICE WITH BLUETOOTH TECHNOLOGY THEN GO FOR THIS ITEM.

Very good piece of kit works very while handling 2 calls at once I read 1 or 2 bad reviews but believe me there wrong the quality of sound is first class , I drive for a living so I'm reliant on my blootooth to behave and this does 2 of my colleagues have also purchased them and are delighted with them too
