The only thing I think is that they are a little tough if you have a mixed class. That is, in which there is a bit of running as well. But for weightlifting they are perfect. And very comfortable.

There’s a big difference towards using these shoes for weightlifting of great stabilization and grounded flat evenly...than using just regular shoes or running shoes.
