I bought these shoes around three weeks ago and I seriously LOVE them!! I do CrossFit classes around 3-5x per week and was looking into buying a new pair of training shoes. I bought a pair of crossfit- specific shoes from a different company last summer but only used them around 5 times because they gave me MAJOR back problems. I was really worried these would do the same since they’re also flat training shoes, but they haven’t whatsoever! I also haven’t even put in the inserts i’ve been wearing for years for an old shin splint injury and have had zero problems with flare ups. I was also worried about some comments I read about the tongue being aggravating and the laces coming untied,

I was looking for a shoe for my OTF workouts that I could both run in and lift. My regular (Nike Pegasus) running shoes were killing me on the lifting and the rowing parts as there was just too much cushion. These work great for everything! I feel confident in the lifting portion (and my feet/knees no longer hurt when I lift) and they are cushioned enough for the running section. The flat bottom also help with the rowing. The only drawback is they are wide. As someone who chooses Nike's for my narrow foot, these were really wide on me. And the laces have to be redone at least once in the workout because they come loose (due to them being wide and just kind of a bad design for the laces).

I have been looking for the perfect workout shoe for cross training, and this is the first show I have been completely satisfied with. The sole is perfect for my foot. The width is nice for side to side movement. And the bands on the side help to support my foot in lateral movements. I did go up half a size based on other reviews, and they fit me perfectly. I almost immediately bought a second pair after I tried my first. Hopefully, Nike does not change the design too much in future versions! I will definitely be buying this shoe again when I go through my first 2!

These are by far my favorite cross training shoe! I do literally everything in them and for the first time I have no pain in me feet or shins... I’m VERY upset I am unable to buy more. They need to keep making this exact model. No other shoes has been as good as these . I tried the new Metcon Free 3, they they don’t even compare to these . These are more flexible, wider and lighter than the new Free metcons . I hope those were not the replacement for these shoes . I will be devastated.

I would recommend this shoe to any fellow strength trainers. This shoe is super light weight yet sturdy. As stated in an earlier review, the toe IS wider than common Nike shoes. Personally, I love that about it! I'm already looking into a second pair in a different color.

these were very comfortable however I had to put in my heel cups to stop my arch from hurting. they are good cross trainers though. would recommend for a light run. I went up half a size to 8.

The front, tip of the shoes, thinner than my usual training sneakers. The size running a bit small, I usually wear 24.5=25 for Nike shoes but for this pair I ordered a 25.5 and fit perfectly.

These shoes changed my game. The support is so perfect for training. They fit like a glove and are very comfortable. 10/10 recommend!
