I am using them to wean myself off the quick mist spray, which although excellent at helping to resolve strong nicotine urges at the initial stages of nicotine withdrawal it is extremely addictive (with some unpleasant side effects), and its worked so far, only side effect I have experienced with this product were nasal spots, a bit odd (stated potential side effect in the companion leaflet), but they passed after a few days. am interspersing them with non nicotine gum (placebo) and the dreadful tasting original nicotine gum as a deterrent. If you want to reduce amount of nicotine in gum you can also cut gum into smaller pieces. Good luck!

I am 2 years smoke free which is great but now addicted to the gum. Typical. I’d try to quit without if you can, I know a lot of people who are compulsive nicotine gum chewers after quitting smoking.I’ve given 5 stars though as they taste good and give me my fix. Ha.The best advice I can give for quitting smoking is to download the smoke free app, it’s brilliant, and to stay really busy for the first week, do anything and everything you can.

I used the patches initially to stop smoking, and they worked brilliantly. I purchased a packet of the gum for those occasional weak moments. I was unsure which strength to buy so tried the 4mg which almost blew my head off. The 2mg was enough to take the edge off and the taste is ok. Now some eight months after quitting I am addicted to the gum. Not sure how that happened but it must be better than smoking !!

Great item and great flavour. Been using them for a month now and still cig free. Prefer these to the mint flavour gums available. So i stuck with this flavour instead.If your going to quit seriously give them a try and that's coming from a heavy smoker of 35 years here. Good luck. P.s an update still using the gum and now on 4 months smoke free

Definitely liked the fruity,fresh taste. Having used the 6mg ones previously, then these 4mg ones until they ran out a few weeks back. So at a total cost of less than £20, a 30 a day decades long smoking habit has stopped successfully and saved hundreds of pounds not having to try particularly hard with the help of the gum.

You'll cough at first, the nicotine is purer in this than burning tobacco. You might be stupid like me, try and smoke a few on the same day but it'll make you vom. So try to avoid that.I cut the packet up and left some in every room and travel bags.

I have been using this to quit smoking since the beginning of the year and I must say that this is the best flavour of Nicorette out there. Very handy for those "One wont hurt" situations and definitely does what its meant to

They worked, stopped me having a smoke. Less addictive than digs in fact I reached the point where I realised I didn' t need them any more. Haven' t had a Cig in over 6 months now and I quit the gum in December.

I ordered 4 gums which cam in 4 different packages at the same time? Not good for environment. Also the boxes the gums came in looked damaged and had stickers all over them?

Good product, helped me quit. Flavour is nice, but so is the icy white. Still need will power, even with these, so don't expect miracles if you aint serious about quitting.

Excellent product, interesting citrus/minty flavour, have almost entirely replaced my cigarettes with Nicorette gum, probably not for everyone but works well for me.

A combination of fruit & minty nicotine gum. The taste of this gum lasts a lot longer than just ice white or mint, nicotine gum . I am impressed!!

this is an excellent product and for me it is better than Novartis Nicotinell , it has great flavor and lasts long . I will purchase again .

I have used it to great effect and has got me through some long days. Have to be careful not to over chew as it can upset digestion.

If you're quitting smoking this is one aid that works, tastes great, fruity & leaves mouth fresh. Reduces cravings.
