I am genuinely surprised at how good these are! I have recently given up smoking & wanted to have something to wean me off of my vape/give me a nicotine kick.The chewing him was delivered, I opened the Amazon packaging & the box was a bit beaten up. However, I popped a chewing gum out of the foil & was impressed by the size of the chewing gum, I instantly fell in love with the crunchy exterior & chewy interior of the gum, dreamy! The icy mint flavour hits you, I genuinely thoroughly enjoyed the flavour of it. You really do get a dose of nicotine out of the gum; since I’ve quit smoking, I have been attached to my vape,

I've been using these for a while now, and I have to say these are great.Personally, if you're looking to fully quit I would recommend the Nicotine flavouring over these (They taste nasty, but that's kind of what you want to stop), whereas these have a good minty taste, so don't really encourage you to stop using them.Overall though, they give a good "slow burn" of nicotine when you need it. That said, if you require more of a "hit" of nicotine, I would recommend the Nicorette mints. They seem to have a much quicker hit, and curb cravings much easier.

I stopped smoking cigars since mid October after contracting pneumonia so I had literally got to stop after spending a week hospitalised on oxygen .All I did was to use this gum .It's fresh tasting in your mouth breath fresh and after a few seconds a different taste hits you then you just place it with your tongue inbetween your gum and cheek then like normal gum you chew it and throw it away whenever the taste wears off .This has most definitely worked for me .So if I can do do it with just the gum believe me , anyone can !

I wanted to try these to cut down on my smoking.. I really didn't think that I wouldn't want to smoke at all... I have been using these for a month and cut my 20 cigs a day down to 2.. I prob don't need the 2 but as a smoker we all know we like one at a certain time of the day and mines is when I get up and when I finish work.. I'm really happy with my progress.. They def take the craving away to the point you actually don't need a cigarette at all... Love the taste of the Icy white one so I will stick to that.

I set a date to give up and gave these a go. I was very suprised on how these cure the cravings of smoking and helped loads. I have not want a cigarette at all. The only thing I have felt is the habit of going for my cigarettes. I feel strongly about these and having been on these for the 1st week and probably the hardest it's been so easy with these.Taste is like chewing gum no burning or horrible taste, after a while you get the hint of a nicotine taste.The gum is not overpowering at all.

Nicorette gum really works. From day one I found it to be an excellent substitute for cigarettes. I prefer the Icy White variety. It tastes nice and definitely takes away the craving for cigarettes. Moreover, it's harmless and so much cheaper. I cut each one into 3 pieces, a bit of a task, but that works for me. I used to smoke 30 a day unti I found and tried Nicorette via my cessation clinic. I got them free for first few months so it cost me nothing to try and it worked.

These are a great value at 10GBP that I bought them. Really helps me in keeping quit, however depending on your nicotine addiction the quickmist spray might be better. What worked for me is using the quickmist for the first month of quitting, and I'm now approaching the 2 month mark using these gums. They are effective, they just don't give that same hit the spray does. If you aren't a chain smoker I'd say these are good even for the start of your quitting journey.

I wanted a cheap way to ease nicotine cravings while stopping smoking (again). This pack was very cheap and in fact I didn't use more than a few as my regular nicotine intake wasn't much anyway.This is the weakest strength and even then it was too much for me. Chewing even half of one did satiate my cravings but always resulted in an immediate headache.Fortunately I didn't need much more after that but it's I am extremely sensitive to nicotine.

The product arrived on schedule. It is exactly as I wish, the gums are tasting as they should and they are effective. The other issue I resolved with this order: first it is recurrent, meaning that every month the same order will arrive. I do not have this worry any more. The second issue that I solves is the price. Where I live they cost mysteriously too much. On Amazon they cost much less and I had some more discount for the recurrent order.

Great value.I smoked roll ups with filters.... I then started vaping.... I am using these to wean myself off nicotine.I have half a gum every few hours, as I found them too strong. I had the feeling of watery mouth, hiccups and still occasionally do.The mint flavour is good. I made a great choice picking these ones.

Good I liked flavour, good for cutting down or if ur at collage, school or work or anywhere were you can’t smoke and good for cutting or reducing cravings also cheap basically same price as normal chewing gum as roughly 9p a piece quick delivery or can by in Tesco but more expensive in Supermarkets by the way

Purchased these at an attempt to quit smoking, or at least lower the amount of cigarettes consumed. I felt that the product felt very underwhelming simply because the nicotine is not strong enough. Didn't really kill the urges for a cigarette but does distract you somewhat and provide a placebo effect.

Got it for a friend, he didn't use it much or liked the taste BUT... could be that he's a smoker who finds it hard to quit smoking and that's why just looking for reasons.I found it's flavor good enough but it gets weird after a bit. Perhaps once the habit is formed it gets better.

these taste very nice. perfect packaging and give a good dose of nicotine quickly perfect for cravings and also as you are chewing it takes your mind of the craving while taking in the nicotine. would recommend for people trying to quit other nicotine products.

Does what it says on the tin. Be careful not to get too addicted to these, I rotate between these and normal gum to keep costs low and not overload on Nicotine. I prefer the fruity flavour to the minty flavour. The Nicotine makes the mint taste strange.
