I have used both the vape machines and the Nicorette spray.whatever oil i used for the vape i always got blisters on the inside of my lips (i think i am allergic to the oil). with the vape machines you always have half a dozen puffs. with the nicorette, which i have been using since january, i only need 2 squirts. i find that i can go hours with out feeling i need to use it again. my husband uses the vape and is always puffing on it.the nicorette spray lasts me about 3-4 weeks. that is based on 2 squirts half a dozen times a day. i havent had a cigarette since using the sprays. i usually pay inbetween £18 and £20 for the duo so it works out extremely cheap compared to smoking and you still get

I've been a smoker for 60 years who tried every method of stopping that's ever been invented, but nothing really worked until I tried the QuickMist oral spray. It gives me exactly the same 'hit' that a cigarette does but without damaging my lungs or making my clothes smell. Of course, what suits one person may not be right for another, so the answer is 'try them all' until you find a method of giving up tobacco that works for you. I've heard people say that the oral spray is no cheaper than cigarettes so check this out - I used to smoke £6 to £8 worth of cigarettes every day. The QuickMist spray costs up to £20 depending on where you buy it. Here on eBay you can get TWO for around £18.

I smoked for 30 years, I tried different nicotine replacement including patches, gum and lozenges which didn’t really work for me. Saw the ad on tv for this stuff and thought I’d try it.Initially this is very strong but if you bear with it, after a few days it becomes less intense. It is very effective at subduing nicotine cravings.I would recommend this product to anyone who is considering stopping smoking.My advice would be stick with it, use this when you desire a cigarette and within a minute your craving will be gone.For the price of one pack of ciggies one of these will last 5-7 days.

I tried all the different nicotine replacements when I stopped smoking and this was definitely the most effective. After 30yrs of smoking, I manage just fine with this instead of cigarettes.It can be a bit strong the first time you use it, but it gets better after the first day of using it. Now for me it is just like using a fresh breath spray as I have been using it for five months now.One of these lasts me a week for the price of one pack of cigs, I'd say that's good value too seeing as I used to smoke 20-30 a day?I'd recommend the Quickmist to anyone considering stopping smoking?

Nicorette Freshmint Quick mist mg Duo is a great product. Its small enough to fit anywhere and also nobody knows that you are using it. I have been using this product because1. its a fantastic aid to stop your cravings when you quit smoking.2. No one knows that I am using quick mist, my friends think I have just stopped smoking on my own and they are surprised that I used quick mist and I have been successful at quitting smoking.3. The duo pack is fantastic value for money and I would recommend to anyone as its so versatile.

This has cut my 30/40 fags a day habit to an occasional 1 when I'm with smokers.!! My home and I no longer stink . It is very addictive but I've found by spraying once under tongue, keeping it there long as poss,then swilling with tongue round mouth that I don't use it so much and no longer get hiccups like I did spraying over tongue. I use an inhilator in between to keep hands busy . I save money by buying bulk offers on ebay.

I quit smoke thanks to quickmist! Long time ago, years ago. But I so much used to it that I’m using it all the time. It has great taste. When you spray on your tongue do not swallow it straight away. Keep it a while on your tongue. You can get nasty heartburn if you swallow too quick. You can also get a hiccup. But still I love this spray, I hope I can stop using it one day. It’s worth to try if you consider quoting a fags.

Quit smoking five months ago after 35 years. Went cold turkey, mostly, but a quick spray takes the edge off those "I really need a cigarette, now." moments. Takes a bit of getting used to, mild burning sensation, like an over-the-top strong mint and causes hiccoughs about half the time. Worth persevering, though. Cheapest price so far was found on ebay but there can be a vast difference in price between retailers.

I used to smoke 60 cigs per day and have stopped smoking using the mouth spray approx 5 years ago and i am still on the mouth spray lol, probably it wont do me harm like chemicals thats in the cigarettes.I never got this item from the seller so I write a positive review cos it has helped me alot and taste so great and gave me a buzz sometimes. Would recommend to anyone that is willing to beat the habit.

I have found these are the best products to use when either cutting down or stopping. I have personally stopped all together. Using the quickmist sprays take away your craving so quick. I find once you have sprayed under your tongue, don't swallow the spray for about 10 seconds. Otherwise you can be prone to hiccups. I would definitely recommend the sprays.

Instant nicotine hit and reduces cravings for at least half hour after. For the price of a pack of 20 cigarettes one of these will last approximately a week. I had been smoking 30 cigs a day for over 20 yrs, with this I now smoke maybe 40 cigs a month. I will stop completely at some point. This quickmist has certainly helped me so much along the way.

The most effective nicotine cravings relieve existing but also the most expensive and addictive. Only those with very strong will will stop using it. It is a kind of replacement for cigarettes. One addiction in place of the other. But definitely will help to stop smoking.

This is the only product that has helped me give up smoking for good! I gave up over 2 years ago now. They are so descret that you can use them anywhere. The only thing is I’m hooked on these now. But I would say better to be hooked on these than cigarettes!

These actually DO stop cravings. I get my nicotine hit and stay feeling clean, fresh and no vile smoke smell. I recommend you buy them on eBay (some FANTASTIC savings) in a chemist you will pay £18.99 for one!! You can use them anywhere unlike vaping. .

I HAD SMOKED FOR MANY, MANY YRS. & ATTEMPTED TO GIVE UP ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT WORKED FOR ME. IT'S NOT 'MAGIC' BUT IT IS CERTAINLY WHAT I WOULD PUT MY SUCCESS DOWN TO. EIGHT MONTHS SINCE MY LAST 'FAG'. I'M DELIGHTED.
