I have been on this stuff without smoking for 5 years now. I like it's consistency but I think it might be damaging my teeth and pulling my fillings out, I've had £2000 in dental work since using this but there is no way of proving it. The flavour is really nice, someone should make a non nicotine variant. Sometimes it's good to switch brands for a week for something that feels and tastes different then switch back again so you don't get bored of it. For less than £10 a week, it's certainly cheaper than smoking. Problems I have with it are I consume far too much when at home, often 15 pieces a day, that's more nicotine than a 30 a day habit. I was a heavy smoker but quit 14yrs ago. I tried various NRT therapies but they didn't work for me. So I switched to Nicotinell fruit gum 4mg. I don't like the taste of any other flavour. Then I reduced it to 2mg. However, like a few other reviewers I've noticed, I am addicted to the gum too. So in essence I'm smoke free but not nicotine free. Having trouble purchasing the fruit gum from supermarkets, particularly during lockdown, they say its unavailable. I wonder why this is? Good luck to those trying to quit, you can & will do it with the aid of Nicotinel NRT. For those who need a little encouragement to quit then may I say I believe there's over four thousand chemicals in just one cigarette!!!

It's exactly what it's intended to do. It helps you with cravings. I have quit VAPING about a week now, on the third day I wanted to try nrt so I was looking for something and I found the nicotine gum. The taste is not that strong. You can feel the nicotine releasing, it takes a few minutes. That feeling in your throat, you know nicotine is being released and you won't feel like smoking/vaping.I only use 1/3 gums a day. It says on the box the average number is 13 gum a day which is so much. For me 1/3 is enough and I have lots left.I only use the gym when I'm really craving. It's mostly in the morning after my coffee and then ill have one later on in the day after my main meal.You can't go wrong with this.

I'm not a big smoker anyway, smoke maybe 2 or 3 a day because I'm so busy. However because of this I get bad nicotine withdrawals because I get so little of the drug, so I chew these while I'm in class at school and probably go through about 3 - 4 a day. Get rid of the headaches and give you a half decent nicotine buzz at the same time. However, it usually takes about 10 - 15 minutes to hit me, so make sure if you are trying to quit (which I'm not) you have these about 10 mins before your break or whatever which you would usually smoke on.They are also good for killing cravings, would definitely recommend, but they are a bit expensive :S

I gave up smoking 5 years ago, but now find myself addicted to these nicotine chewing gums. They do have a very fruity taste. In fact the best tasting gum of any description that I know. They certainly worked for me when I gave up smoking. I had previously experimented with nicotine patches, but they were an abysmal failure. I think having something mechanical to do, ie chewing, helped greatly. It does recommend that anyone using the gum quits after 6 months. I keep telling myself that chewing this gum is a lot preferable to reverting to smoking.

This chewing gum works brilliant for me, combinating with the nicorette inhalator. I have given up smoking for three months. I was a heavy smoker (45-50 plus) a day. The constant thought of having something in your mouth was a constant battle for me... both these together have helped me to quit without the constant thought of smoking & eating. The flavour I love, admittedly the taste does not last as long as one would like however, you are left with the nicotine which is needed. I am glad I've found something that works for me.

This is the gum that I find best for my needs. I havent smoked for well over a year and am now, I suppose, addicted to the gum. Actually I am now chewing some of the 4mg (1st thing in morning) but after lunch I then go onto the 2mg which is fine for me. So I suppose this is better than chewing 4mg all the time. It is wonderful to get it on the subscribe and save on Amazon, it means I get it at regular intervals and at a very good price.

I quit using a combination of gum and lozenges. Started with strong and stepped the strengtg down gradually, Ignored the recommended amount at first if I'm honest and just took them as and when I needed to break my vaping habit...and within 2-3 months I'd quit. Not smoked for well over 3 years (thank you vape) and not vaped for over 10 months now thanks to these!

The price is good which is why I now trade at Amazon and not on eBay. The gum is intended for people who smoke 30+ cigs a day. I gave up smoking 18months ago but still find I need the 4mg to stop the craving, but will shortly go onto 2mg and be equally as happy with it. I sem to be addicted to the gum which is better than the ciggies on health grounds alone.

I love these it’s my 5 th day no cigarettes I’m chuffed to bits I have 2 chewing gums and my ecig no nicotine in ecig .. I think I won’t need to buy anymore willpower too but defo working for me .. and because of lockdown was smoking 30 cigarettes a day.. so if you want to stop get these I recommend ? percent thank you amazon ❤️

Fantastic value for money well they were but now the same price as in the shops. Speedy delivery.Downside is that I stopped smoking years ago and am more addicted to these. I now consume more nicotine per day than I did as a smoker. They have a great texture to chew. Firmer than most gums.

Cheaper than supermarkets so I am happy. The products works really well for those who are quiting smoking. But be careful I quit 8 years ago using this product and I am still dependant on this product. So the addiction is still largely there but was replaced by non harmful addiction.

As an ex smoker, I have stored countless times. Stopping had never been ba problem, staying stopped is the hard bit.Using the gum had enabled me to call myself an ex smoker. I've been stopped for over 7 years, I still use the gum but see this as a better alternative to smoking.

Great help with my quit smoking journey, first batch i ordered made me sick and i had to return but this new batch works like a treat and helps keep urges at bay. Love that its fruit flavoured too as i can’t stand mint/menthol flavoured ones.

It's nicotine gum in a strong fruit flavour. I now use it for the occasions when I can't use my electronic cigarette, amazing devices managed to switch from cigarettes to e-cigs in a day and four months later I am still off the cancer sticks.
