Bought these a while ago, thought I'd try them out.First time I took 3 as instructed, but ended up not exercising. However I'd drank a strong coffee that day and normally I'm okay but I felt very jittery and my body felt like it was sweating inside. Absolutely roasting internally. Not something I normally experience so it seems they do do something! I assume the double whammy of caffeine gave me the shakes.Have been taking them for about 2 weeks now along with my exercise and I feel like they help keep me going a little longer. Combo'd with healthy eating and exercising I've lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks which is a big deal for me as I have a hard time losing weight.I wouldn't buy them again due to having a lot of problems with other things in order,

I've been using these for about 2-3 weeks now and they have helped me lose a bit of weight. I take 3 on an empty stomach before a workout and feel noticeably more hungry after an endurance training session. The caffeine kick starts your metabolism so need to be aware you may need the loo after taking them (especially recommended dosage of 3). My mouth is also dry (dehydrated) if i drink coffee then have the pills as well - obviously caffeine overload so best not to drink coffee/tea with these as well.I can't speak for the endurance properties as generally feel like I have the same energy levels but have helped with weight loss. The product arrived promptly which I was pleased with however the appearance was different to the bottle which worried me when buying products over the internet that you ingest!
