Lots of comments on how big takes tablets are, well grab 2 pieces of paper and a hammer and smash 3 tablets up, drink with tour Myprotien breakfast shake and off you trot with no need to stop off at A n E on the way to work. I use the Myprotien creatien as well and the test booster and have to say I am making serious gains.

Had to discern any real difference like anything with health and fitness supplementsWould I have felt any different had I not taken them. I don't know. I do feel as though my recovery times are improving though.Tablets were pretty large and difficult to swallow, but got used to it.

Great product with results that I at least feel like are showing after a relatively short period of use. HOWEVER, the tablets are huge, so if you're not very good at taking tablets, you might struggle with these, especially if you combine with the creatine tablets or such as well.

Taste awful but then there only in your mouth very quickly. Definitely feel less muscle sore post a gym workout and you get loads for your money even with taking 4 a day.

Big pills but can swallow them with some water. It's official my Protien pills so Probs cheaper from them direct but with prime can get next day delivery
