I bought this add on a recommendation for the original game, which has been good fun.As per the whole munchkin series the cards are well illustrated, and often quite funny.I feel this pack probably needs to work with number 4 to get the full benefit (to make the Centaur race worth it) but then the deck starts to get massive. Each deck adds some new mechanics which requires a game or two to get used to the way it affects the game. The Elite, Legendary and Eldar mechanics can feel a little bit overpowered in certain circumstances but certainly add new ways to win/lose the game.All in all, a good add-on but probably not the first one of the many add ons you should get. (2 or 4 IMO)

Bought with munchkin 4 (need for steed) and they work great together. The centaur race allows you to keep any number of steed so it's helpful to have lots of steeds. We now have the munchkin delux and two expansions and I reckon that will keep us going, without being too much!
