When I first opened it I was not impressed with the packaging, it did not come in a proper box as suck, it was like the cardboard been had been cut from bigger sheets in order to fit this light, or like it had been shipped and returned at some point. I didn't have anything to worry about though as there was no damage so all was good.I do have to say that the light is fully assembled already, I have had some lights like this before where you have to hang the crystals but not with this one which was nice. Except this time each wire was individually wrapped with plastic tube and then wrapped with a tie wrap, so getting all of the bags off took some effort,

Beautiful light piece. Nice and compact - not too long. The light bounces on the droplets. It’s highly polished base just sets it off really well. It was a little tricky to pull all the covers off the droplets so take your time. As soon as the light was fitted, it just looked so nice in the room. Just as a tip though, if you as like me then you won’t want to put a bulb which is too bright because the droplets don’t shield the direct light. Having said that I got a less bright bulb and it looks great.

Received this centre light today and it is absolutely fabulous. The droplets are all individually wrapped and take a few minutes to remove the plastic bags once the light is in position , but well worth the trouble to remove once in place. One thing I would recommend is wearing a pair of cotton gloves when unpacking and screwing to the ceiling as finger prints are very hard to get off the chrome disc( I know). Certainly a showpiece that looks a lot more expensive. Great buy.

We bought this for our master bedroom and it has really finished the look of the room off beautifully. Delivery was prompt - as usual - and the packaging was intact, installing it was relatively easy although the diameter of the 'base' makes it a little awkward to hold up when one is attempting to fix it to the ceiling. That said, the end result makes it well worth the effort.

Purchased this light for my top hall landing .Been looking for ages for something suitable to drop over the stairs and this is perfect and looks stunning .As good as any of the ones I had looked at that were more expensive.Delivery was quick and product easy to install without to much fuss although did find it easier with 2 people. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase .

So impressed with how this looks in our living room. Looks much more expensive than £40! Makes beautiful shadows on the ceiling that give it a little bit of difference. Used and electrician to install but he did it within 5 minutes so not difficult at all for installation. Packaging was very good with each crystal wrapped up for protection. Very happy with this product!

Needed something with some drop to it, as it was to go in a room with a vaulted ceiling. Looks absolutely beautiful. Got an electrician to install them due to the height of the ceiling. Only downside is one of them was missing one of the crystal drops, but to be honest, it does not show once the light is up.

Bought this for our landing and now it's installed and in place, have to say that it's great and looks really modern and stylish. It's quite long but great at the top of the stairs and gives a great effect (shadows/patterns) on the walls. Also, arrived quickly and well packaged. Many thanks.

When this arrives it doesn't look impressive in an unlabelled box plain brown box,every crystal is tie wrapped and protected in plastic so takes time to unwrap but it is simply beautiful once in place. The crystals are heavy so doesn't look cheap. Looks lovely on and off. Over the moon!!!

Fantastic service, super quick delivery time. I ordered three lights and they all look beautiful. The lights look more expensive than the price they are being sold at. Easy and quick to install. I would highly recommend this light to others. Thank you for a fantastic service :)

At last! After months of waiting, moving and awaiting a handyman, I finally got this light fitting put up today - 7th April. It is exquisite. It's the first thing one looks at when entering the dining room. It looks special and I am delighted with it.

Beautiful light. I have it in my hallway and it looks very effective. Everyone comments on it. It creates lovely patterns on the walls when switched on. I thought is was a very good price and came in good time and was packaged well.

Bought two of these light fittings, for hall and landing. I love them. Really easy to put up and when lit look amazing and reflect beautifully on walls. They look far more expensive than they are, no hesitation recommending them.

the lights are lovely. Very expensive looking. At night when on, the shadows off lights do bubble effect on walls from the crysrals. Takes 2 people to put up as one needs to hold while the other connects. Great value for money.

Nice light for the money. Could do with better fitting instructions, the fixed circuit connector box was awkwardly attached and didn’t give room to work, detaching the box, connecting wires, then reattaching the box was better.
