I brought two chandeliers for my living room, they arrived quickly and undamaged . They look great once they are up but as the instructions are not clear for the long lengths of crystals you may want to do this first1) get all ten lengths out if the box and divide them so that there are five shorter lengths and five longer ones . ( I thought they were all the same size at first )2) attach the longer lengths all around the outside3) attach the shorter lengths from the top of the chandelier coming down ( I did this once it was up) then I attached the bottom of the length to the glass dish (this also is not clear in the instructions ) but you can attach them to the arm if you want but it does hang better with it attached to the dish (

These chandeliers are brilliant value ( I bought 2 after seeing the first one)These people are great to deal with, sorting out a problem I had the very next day.The fitting instructions are also very good including the dressing with the glass droplets and strings.The height reasonably obtainable by shortening the suspension chain to 3 links ( needed to reasonably suspend the chandelier temporarily and still be able to wire with ease), is more like 500mm. I also needed to hang the lowest hanging droplets on the inner ends of the arms rather than the suggested centre of the arms.Our ceilings are 2340mm high I'm 1780mm tall (5'10")

This chandelier pretty much does the job of 'leaning' the room towards a traditional look. I'm very pleased with it.I want to thank the reviewer named Victoria for explaining how it might be put together. As she says there is more than one right way to assemble it. (And I can't imagine how it could ever be delivered fully assembled). If the candles get knocked in transit, you can easily bend the metal arm to make it upright.The sky's the limit when it comes down to the fiddle and the cost of a chandelier. They can be made from lead crystal. So I can't fault the mostly glass construction. You'd need to be closer to notice that the five C arms are plastic.

Having read previous reviews, I was keen to find out whether this was acrylic or glass. It is a bit of both, the droplets etc. being glass and the main structure being acrylic. When in its box I thought it might look a bit tacky but my electrician said that it was a good thing that it was not all glass as this would make it very heavy (not good for the ceiling). It casts a good light and is distinctly better than what I had before. Good value for money.

Chandelier arrived adequately packaged!Instructions were self explanatory and was easy to assemble. In previous review we were concerned that it was going to take 2 hours to put together! In fact it took my Husband in between 45 minutes and an hour. The main body, droplets and ball in the centre are all glass and not plastic as other reviews had said - so an absolute bargain at the price! Looks absolutely beautiful in our bedroom!

The light is beautiful and I dont regret buying it however I didnt realise you had to add all the hanging attachments yourself which is extremely time consuming - expect to be there for approx 1 hour trying to figure out where all the pieces go - and dont expect any direction from the instructions.

I love this chandelier! Looks beautiful in my dining area over a black table. Easy to install. Construction is better than I thought it would be. Can't stop looking at it. I was afraid it would be too much black but the white drum underneath makes it looks very rich not cheap.

I had been searching for a chandelier for the right price and when I ordered this one I wasn't disappointed when I received it 2 days later, its bigger than I hoped for and looks beautiful up. It was half its original price which was the icing on the cake.

This looks so beautiful, has made my room look so beautiful, ive had my eye on this chandelier for ages and im so happy with it, only bad thing is the crystals wer noy big enough but i bought a seprate pack and decorated my self and looks sooo nice.

Can't really fault the quality of this unit - but is available £20 cheaper on the highstreetPoor instructions and you can see some white flex that connects the base to the armsI would have been happier if i had only paid £34.99 for it.

This looks absolutely beautiful in my newly decorated hall . . . very sophisticated!Very easy to assemble don't be put off by all the bits and pieces!
