This is a well made cable, fitted with quality fittings.The connectors make a good solid connection and the whole thing gives off an air of quality.I am using it to connect an external portable Hardrive to my computer through a USB 3 connection, and the speed of transfers remains fast, indicating that the cable quality is fine throughout.Recommended.

I have tried several USB3 extension cables with my Samsung M3 hard drive and none would supply enough power, resulting in drop outs, error messages and failing to read. This cable just works as it is supposed to. I can copy a 10gb image file in less than 2 minutes, which is even faster than Lindy claim. If it remains trouble free I will order another.

Paid a little extra- as the last thing you want is a cable thats not fully up to speed (if you'll excuse the pun). Its a nice, heavy duty, enduring cable. It does what its supposed to- and its not a cheap piece of crap. When you're using an external hard-drive or other peripheral, the last thing you want is a cheap cable than degrades performance.

Cable bought in combination with the Zalman ZM-VE300 external Hard Drive housing. Original cable is a little short, this cable fits good and is long enough to put the external hard disk on my desk (have a tower model PC placed below the desk)The cabel is of a good quality and fits as a glove in the connection without "wibbling".

I am a big fan of Lindy and it is the first name that springs to my mind when I am considering buying computer cables or any kind of computer accessory.Lindy products not cheap but they are quality items, superbly designed and manufactured and most are supplied with a generous guaranty. Highly recommended.

Good quality and compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 despite what I was told when I asked the question! I'm glad I didn't listen to the responders. As long as you use a 2amp minimum charger, you will not get the infamous red cross on the battery icon. Works great.

I Chose this product because it seemed much more genuine than others I had tried. I had problem with other products because I kept losing signal and data connection even though the external drive remained attached. This product was excellent without any negative issues.

Amazing quality. Does the job required. However, I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 because as others have reviewed, it's impossible to charge the Samsung Note 3 when it has a protective case on it. This problem does not occur with the original charger.

nice cable, exactly what ive come to expect from Lindy. i have a few of there cables and have always found them to be of the highest quality. Will probably purchasing more of these in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

Looks fine but didn't need it as the "Seagate Expansion 4 TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 inch External Hard Drive for PC" came with it's own cable. Haven't opened the bag it came in so really can't comment further.

I needed a usb3 cable to replace the data cable on a new usb 3 hub which had came with a cable approx 6 inch shorter than I would have liked it. replaced the original with this item. No problems at all.

I particularly liked the coloured identity collars at both ends of the cable - it simplifies the task of identifying each lead in the usual tangle of "loose ends" behind EVERY workstation!!

works very well as a USB 3 cable at full bandwidth, unlike other cables I have bought from other suppliers which claim to be USB 3 but are not able to work at full speed.

This is an excellent replacement cable for the very short one supplied by my drives manufacturer. Even though it is longer I have not detected and performance issues.

i really didn't think that i was going to need to buy a cable so's that i can use my exsternal hard drivequick delivery and good price will use again
