Quick and efficient little espresso machine, which was well worth the money during the Black Friday discount period.There’s a good selection of Lavazza coffee pods for the machine - though it has to be said that they’re not well stocked in many of the supermarkets, so easier to order online than fruitlessly hunt around.Little tip - raise the chrome handle after your espresso is dispensed to release the used pod into the hopper below. If you leave a pod clamped in there and it cools you’ll need to prod a finger in to release it otherwise.Worth noting that when bought this model did not come with the selection of free sample coffee pods as Lavazza were in the process of switching over to their

Nice looking machine and the coffee it makes is great. However it does leak a lot so don’t stand it on anything valuable like a wooden work surface!Also programming the coffee volume is a very tricky process - the instructions given are rubbish so set aside an hour or so for this by experimentation.Nowhere near as good a machine as the old Nespresso it replaced but nicer coffee when you eventually get it.

This was purchased to replace a previous coffee machine which had broken down. Having looked around and decided on the Lavazza Jolie Plus I am very pleased. The machine is easy to set up, compact and the coffee pods can be purchased at the supermarket, a bonus. I would just say that the coffee is of a higher quality, so if you're used to a mellow coffee be prepared for it to be much stronger.

The Lavazza Jolie plus makes great coffee with a nice top creme, it comes with 9 sample pods which is great for trying different flavours. Quiet in operation and gives a good hot cup. The added benefit is that there are also compatible coffee pods on the market which will fit the Jolie plus.Would recommend this machine for either espresso or cappuccino/latte.

Coffee maker is great for producing a quick “real” coffee rather than an instant one. We drink quite a lot if coffee and whilst this is quick and convenient the coffee produced (in our opinion) isn't quite as good as freshly ground coffee brewed in a stove top pot.

At last a decent expresso at home! A great machine that is compact enough to fit in our tiny kitchen and delivers excellent coffee. Can't fault it, easy to use and the range of pods is available on Amazon.

Have had many many coffee machines over the years. Without doubt, this is the best. Used twice daily, quality coffee every time.
