Love, Love, Love this coffee machine!!Such a bargain getting a refurbished machine, it came with the cleaning pod and a descaling tablet to start us off and was well packaged in the original box.The machine itself is brilliant, it has a large water chamber at the back (1.4L) with the Brita Maxtra fitting neatly inside (the machine can be used with out the filter) and if the water is running low it will show you on the very clear display at the front, it will also tell you when it needs cleaning/ descaling which really shouldn't be too often if you are using the filters (I live in a hard water area with lots of chalk in the water so I intend to use them regularly to keep the machine working

Please do not be put off by this being a refurbished item. Ours arrived well-packaged and had no discernible cosmetic damage at all. Having all the information well-documented pre-purchase was very useful. We bought this particular model primarily because my wife's mother owns one, so we had had a 'preview'. Now we are enjoying quality brews at a reasonable price and we don't have to waste time and money travelling somewhere to wait for a barista to produce similar quality product. Oh...and I can choose how much chocolate powder to sprinkle on my drink if I want some!

Received machine next morning which was surprising, came much sooner than expected during these odd times.Bought to replace old Tassimo machine, this one is brilliant! Much larger tank, has the brita filtration system too that is handy in our hard water area, saving the machine over time.Makes drinks really quick, and great build quality as always from Bosch products.Easy use and clean, the kids are using it for hot chocolate as it’s so simple. Highly recommend this machine to anyone!!!!

This has been a purchase I've debated for a while. I had a coffee machine but decided I needed a change. Unexpectedly found on sale so with Christmas money burning a hole in my pocket i bought it. I got the item home and was so glad I read the instructions as there was a few bits that you're advised to do before you use or make a drink in the machine. The machine is seriously easy to it's just add pod press button, couldn't be easier. Doesn't use the full tank of water, you have to keep on top.

This little number has turned into the centre piece in my kitchen. I have so many appliances catching dust in my cupboards I thought this might end up being a novelty too.I gave in and bought one and to say I am impressed is an understatement. Its so easy to use I hardly had to read the instructions. It looks sleek, and it does what it says on the tin. I can't recommend this enough as it really is like having a posh coffee shop drink in your own kitchen. I should have bought one sooner.

Coffee machine was on my wife's wish list and when we saw it for half price we jumped at the opportunity. We have used it a lot since and are very happy with everything, possibly with the exception of the instructions. Being multi lingual are mainly pictures with little wording and we had an issue where the machine displayed a light and drink would not dispense. We had no idea what it was, we eventually worked it out to be that the bar code was not accepted so changing the pod fixed the fault.

I bought this to replace another coffee machine which had finally given up. I had already decided on the tassimo as had researched knowing my other one was on its last legs. My sister has one so i had also tasted many of the coffees available.i am very pleased i bought it it is quiet quick and easy to make drinks. We have found a about 5 drinks that we regularly buy and look around for the best deals as some are relatively expensive.it looks great and makes good coffee. Definitely recommend.

Bought this machine to replace a smaller Tassimo as it had started to leak. Very happy I didThis version of Tassimo has a water filter in the tank which is very easy to use. Over the years I have bought many coffee makers but none which have been used as much as this one. Your coffee comes piping hot unlike other machines I've used and the cleaning process is very simple. Only down side is pods are a little expensive so being a big coffee drinker couldn't use for every cup coffee throughout

Was impressed to start off with as it matched my kitchen decor and looks quite neat alongside other Bosch appliances. However upon trying various tassimo drinks I struggle to find anything enjoyable as they have changed most of the drinks range around the time of my purchase and not for the better! I'm more of a latte, hot chocolate- non plain coffee drinker so was enjoying the premium drink range until I bought a second batch and they had all been changed within a matter of days! RETURNED!

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Not expensive to run even when you add up the cost of the filters and the cleaning tabs. It makes good coffee but for me the reason its 4 stars and not 5 is because the cup sizes are really small and the milk froth quality isn't quite what I expected, for example a cappuccino should be a 1/3 frothy and it isn't (but I'm a barista so I might be being picky.)Regardless I'm happy with my purchase and over the moon to be getting a decent coffee while in isolation.

The Tassimo joy has a large 1.4 litre tank, so can make four or five coffees. Operation is very easy. All you have to do is put in the pod and press the button. We drink latte so we have put the milk pod in and then the espresso one. Takes about 90 seconds cos we pass the espresso pod thru twice. There are no bells and whistles just an easily operable machine. Cleaning is very simple as is descalling. Filling the tank can be fiddly when trying to get it back in.Would definitely recommend

Coffee tastes great and available in many different types. Didn't give it an overall maximum rating as I have not had it long enough to rate 'ease of cleaning' which is only required periodically. If I have any adverse comment it would be that the water container could be of larger capacity and require less frequent filling. Also the instructions are in picture form and not in written form. Initially found the pictures to be just a little confusing but nevertheless sorted it in the end.

It probably works out more expensive than the ground coffee a cafetiere, but I thin it's worth it.Insert a pod, place a mug underneath and press go.The 1.2 litre reservoir is easy to fill, and has an optional removable Brita filter..I just stick to the Kenco Americano coffee. Sometimes I have the decaf version; otherwise the XL with caffeine, which has a bit more coffee in the pod and produces a decent mugful. Unfortunately there's only one decaf choice, but it does taste fine.

This is a fantastic machine. It looks smart, it's really easy to use and the pods are available in shops and online. It's super-fast, too, you'll have your drink in less than a minute. Downsides? The standard drink amount is small, it's around cup-sized not mug-sized and regular latte glasses don't fit under the nozzle unless the spill-platform is removed but, yknow, just use smaller glasses!And, yes, I've already recommended this product. By the way..pod buying becomes addictive!

Bought this as a birthday gift and it was a definite hit! Set up was ok, though I left the recipient to it and had to take the reins (just read the instructions). First coffee didn’t go well, for some reason the pod exploded (put the creamer pod in first, not the coffee pod) I had to spend half an hour cleaning it. The top part is rather stiff at first but bear with it, it soon eases off. Other than that, it’s a dream...so treat yourself, it’s worth it if you like a nice coffee! :-)
