I find the padlock very functional both to tie it around a road sign and to lock only the wheel. The support to fix it to the frame requires a little attention for assembly but once done, it keeps the padlock always firm even when encountering potholes or road disconnections

Stable U-lock. Mounting the bracket is a bit of a fumble at the beginning. But holds bombproof. The color is not red, but a dark pink. Well. My daughter likes it.
