Bought these for my youngest and the Julbo Rookie for my oldest for a trip down to Disneyland/San Diego. Both kids loved their glasses and wore them all the time (without needing to ask them) so I gather they were both comfortable and cool looking. I was just happy they had real sunglasses that gave them real protection. The only unfortunate part was that the youngest one lost his pair on the last day of the trip. We bought another pair of Solans but this time in red and he loves them. I have since then also bought some croakies so we don't lose sunglasses.Note the Rookie is a hard shiny plastic frame, and the Solan is a more rubbery/flexible frame.

Cheap children's sunglasses have a serious problem: They do not protect from UV light, but create shading the dilates the pupils letting in more harmful UV rays than no sunglasses at all! This means that children who wear cheap sunglasses increase the risk of retinal damage and blindness than wearing no sunglasses at all. This has led me on a long search for good quality lenses for children, and I found this model by Julbo. These have 100% UV protection and are polarized. And they fit kids heads really well From age 2 and up, they fit perfectly. The best part is that the kids love them and want to wear them because of the fun color and style

I got two pairs of sunglasses for my toddler (knowing one would be lost or left somewhere eventually). We live in a very sunny place and have fair skinned light, eyed children who need sun protection. I bought baby banz sunglasses and these Julbo Solan ones. I actually prefer the Julbo ones slightly more because of the material that the frame is covered in. It is not a hard plastic, it almost feels rubberized so it's softer which I like. They fit my 2 year old perfectly and the color combination we got looks really cool on. Really great pair of polarized glasses for toddlers!

I got this in blue for my son. He has been wearing the Julbo toddler sunglasses, the ones that are reversible, and it was working great except that we lost them. I found these to be the older version of the toddler glasses. Lightweight, durable plastic and it fits his face perfectly (he is a tall skinny 3.5 year old). Wish it came with a strap like their toddler version, so I bought an adult glasses strap and used it. I even saw some 3-4 year old girls at the park wearing these in a different color. Stylish.

Our toddler is big for his age. I've had a hard time finding sunglasses that fit well, not like goggles stuck to his head. This sunglasses offer nice coverage. They are soft and flexible to fit his large head. They also have good lenses that protect against UVA, B, and C rays. (I was surprised how many sunglasses from other manufacturers don't offer this protection for kids glasses.)I bought a strap to help hold them on and so we don't lose them. Hoping these fit for a few years. Will let you know.

This is my second pair. I left the first (owned for four years) in a rental car. Awesome for smaller people. I'm 5'2 and have a head proportionate to my body but the one size fits all doesn't mean me and hats and sunglasses are always huge on me. These glasses fit perfectly. They are very well made and are dark (Spectron 3). The only con is the sides are thick and narrow your peripheral vision. Other than that, these are an awesome buy and well worth the money.

Our 2yr old son has a 99th percentile head circumference but smallish face. These sunglasses fit at the temples very comfortably and they seem to do a very good job at staying on. Maybe a tad big (he also has a smaller style Julbo with mirrored lenses, but I can't remember which model) that seem to fit him a little better. We love these sunglasses, they fit very well, our son looks great in them, they do a great job at staying on, and they are very well made.

Fit great. Been using Jublos since my 6 year old was an infant. They have YET to have a scratch or get damaged (even after being sat on, stepped on, used all summer in the water (salt, chlorinated, and fresh). Colors are great, vibrant, and don't fade. Dark lenses are a fantastic break for my light eyed baby girls... and they stay ON the head. I never used the head attachment it comes with because my girls enjoyed wearing them. Definite five stars.

Although this is expensive (only reason I didn't give it 5 stars), it does the trick in protecting the kid's eyes from the strong Southern Sun.It fits very well on the face, and doesn't move at all even with running around and playing sports. No need to worry that these will fall off or drop into the water.Like the various color options, and comes with a little pouch that protects from scratches, but not from sitting on them.

I was very happy with my Julio sunglasses which I bought for my 4 yr old so we can go go fly kites over the Easter weekend. They were a great fit and definitely polarized..I looked through them myself. Was a bit worried about the price and what I would receive because ordering sunglasses online without trying them on especially for kids is a bit of a risk but no worries with this purchase good value and durability for the price.

My son does not take these sunglasses off since he got them. He is very sensitive to sun and these are helping him and are so comfortable during all his sports activities... i tried them myself and didnt almost feel them on my face. Got another pair to my younger one and its the same story... firs great to my 4 and 6 year olds, the same model just different colors. Even my infant has one and soesnt mind them... recommend!!!

My son has light blue eyes and is super sensitive to the sun. I got these for him because I wanted a good quality set that he could use when playing soccer that would not fall off. These have performed very well. The only negative is that they do block his peripheral vision so they may not be great for sports but we use them in the car and when we are outside. They are very sturdy and fit my four year old perfectly.

We had the smaller Julbo sunglasses and loved them. These were too large for my 3.5 year old (and they are still a bit large now that he is 4). They are completely flexible; I think it must be impossible (almost) to break them. But because of that, they do not have a well-set structure/shape and thus sit a bit flimsily. I will see whether this is solely a size issue in a year or so.

These were a lifesaver this summer. My 3 year old happily wore them every day and asks for them whenever we leave the house. My only complaint is that the arm touches the lenses when closed and causes little scratches. And for some reason, one of the screws keeps coming loose. These issues don't bother us too much. Hopefully they will last for a while.

Great product! I bought these 3 years ago until they got lost. I just found them again on my order history so I can get him another pair. The julbo brand is great. At one point, the temple broke and since they have a generous warranty, the company fixed them for FREE! Amazing customer service. For that reason, I will buy another pair. THANK YOU JULBO.
