I bought this dryer as a replacement for my old broken one. One reason for choosing this Indesit model was that the water canister is basically a drawer in the top left hand corner of the dryer. Retrieving the canister simply involves pulling the drawer out and can be done from a standing position. That beats kneeling on the floor and first taking off the front cover before I could even get to the old dryer's bulky canister at floor level. This new Indesit one is also much quieter and dries faster than my old one, which was not an Indesit. At first, I was a bit doubtful about the fact that this model dosen't have the sensor that stops the drying process when the contents are dry. However,

I’ve had this dryer for a while now and I’m so happy that I didn’t go spending a ridiculous amount of money on another flashy model. It drys my washing very quickly using minimal energy and the water tank is at the top of the dryer which is a major plus in my book. It’s is a compact machine so it can be placed in small areas. Also a good feature of this dryer is that if you do have a waste pipe or drain near where you have your dryer placed, you can plumb it in so that you don’t have to empty the water tray. All the instructions to do this come with the dryer and it’s somple to do. My only criticism is that it does not have a adjustable feet like you have on a washing machine or other dryers.

I bought this dryer because of the position of the water container as being easyto remove without bending down as these get extremely heavy when full or half full. My previous dryer was an Hotpoint which was 13yrs old and worked like a donkey at times especially in the winter so I had a good service from it. Even though it it an Indesit all the features are the same as my previous dryer except the door which is shaped slightly different, I have only used it once since purchasing it though as we have had exceptionally good weather and it is only used mostly in the wintertime, so I am hoping this dryer will last nearly as long and do as much good work for me.

I bought this dryer just before xmas and it arrived incredibly quickly. The machine itself holds a lot of items, and is incredibly easy to use. It has a gentle and high heat setting, and on the door it gives suggestions of how long loads may take to dry. What i love about this dryer is i can simply use the minute timer to put the load in for as long as i want. Being a working mother i dont have time to wait for standard programs to finish, so this way i know the machine will finish before i go out. The water collector is a fairly good design so you can pour most of the water out, my previous machine was ridiculous and could never be more than 75% empty.

Had problems with delivery. But that’s not verys fault as Hotpoint delivered it. Purchased this as an upgrade to my old fashioned compact 3.5kg front vented tumble dryer, I wish I had done it ages ago. It does take a little longer to dry items than a vented, hence 4 stars, but it’s worth it as we no longer have a hose hanging out of the window making the house freezing cold, and no more dryer dust around the window frame. The drum size is also excellent it fits a load from my washing machine comfortably so there is a lot less creases. It’s also a lot quieter than my old tumble dryer. Very happy with it.

I bought this a few weeks ago as I have no where to let a vent outside. This is a great dryer. It dries the clothes well. And there is plenty of room in the drum so the clothes come out and they're not wrinkled! Saves on my ironing. It suggests to use the high heat option for the most economical But I prefer the lower heat setting as I am not used to it yet. I put a full load on at 120 mins as suggested. Buy after an hour they were bone dry but too hot to touch. So I switched to low heat and less drying time. Has made my life easier. It is not as hard on electric as I thought it would be either.

Never had a dryer in my life so had no idea on how to chose one. I read all the reviews of noisy , doesn’t do this doesnt do that , thought this had the best of the reviews & a good price , so plucked up the courage & boy I’m I glad I did ! Noise levels : doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I have it situated under my stairs which is in the centre of the home & it’s fine. Dries the clothes in quick time. Light comes on when the water tray needs emptying. So easy to use & the best thing I’ve ever purchased to make life easier over up & coming Winter months. Big thumbs up from me !

I bought this Tumble Dryer about 8/10 weeks ago and am so glad that I did, especially with the rotten weather we have been experiencing lately, it is first class for the money I paid for it, it has reverse tumble which detangles clothes, has a good deep water collector and a light that let's you know when it needs emptying, the fluff collection unit is fairly simple to clean, I do this after every load of drying and the condenser needs to be cleaned monthly, the dryer holds a good amount of clothes, all in all a good product and I would happily recommend.

Does the job really well .The drum rotates one way for a bit then stops and rotates the other way for a bit then vise versa .There's no bending down to slide the tray out of the bottom and empty the water. The water goes into a small container behind the pull out drawer on the left when full you are told it's full when a light comes on on the front of the dryer or you can simple uncouple the water pipe and stick it down the hole under your sinks u-bend with your washer empty pipe

Ok so this is a basic machine, it's not got fancy curves or Netflix build in, it just does what one wants it too, dry clothes. It does have a big door, easy to work out controls, good build quality, no fuss drying machine. It's probably not the quietest however less quiet than my empty house, more quiet than my 5 year old so I honestly don't notice it. Drys a load of everyday washing in 60 mins, easy to empty and clean. Oh and the delivery drivers took away the packaging which is ace.

I bought this tumble dryer a week ago and must say how fantastic it is, not to have to put a pipe out of the window is excellent, the water container is easy to locate and empty as is the fluff filter which needs to be cleaned after every drying period, this is not a problem though as it is something that I would think most people would do anyway, nice spacious drum and reverse tumble to keep clothes tangle free, economic on electricity, all in all a good product, would recommend.

Didn't have a good start with this tumble dryer. Must have been a one off. It didn't work properly from day i got it. Timer wasn't working so when I used it it didn't switch off and temperature stayed the same. Got it replaced. And second one is fine. Overall size is brilliant and drys clothes in no time. Still getting to grips with it. With all the good weather not used it much. And it's been twenty years since I had one. But overall impressed with how quick the drying time is.

Although I thought about investing in a more expensive dryer, it seems silly when great cheaper ones are on the market. Personally in the month I have had this dryer, I have had no trouble. Very simple dial to turn the machine on for a time length you wish. No sensors which I prefer. Easy access to the water container at the top so you don't have to bend down. Easily large enough drum for king size bedding. Clothes crease a lot less than my previous dryer. Good drying time.

Plug it in and go. This is a great machine. Good amount of water stored in the condenser, which is emptied easily. Can be stored in the corner of my small kitchen not too loud and decent sized drum. A good sturdy product, with excellent delivery service by Indesit. If you haven't got one, you should get one, it makes life simpler. No more hanging towels out and hoping for no rain, or covering your radiators/clothes-horse and feeling like you're living in a launderette.

I’m very happy with my new tumble dryer I purchased a few months ago, I had an older condencer dryer and it had given up so was needing one very quickly as I have 2 children one being a small baby. I use my dryer 1/2 times a day it’s a lot quicker than my older one and even on the delicate setting with a large load I can dry my clothes very quickly which is a must with the amount of washing I have. Would highly recommend this economic dryer has saved me money and time.
