We've used this so far to get through the abundance of towels, bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases which were building up in our washing basket after the non-existent British Summer, and can't be hung out to dry in the almost freezing temperatures we're experiencing at the moment. Hanging them around the house unfortunately isn't an option either so buying a tumble drier seemed like the best thing to do. It definitely was as we've obliterated the absolute mountain that was building up within the space of a week. For a full load consisting of approximately 2 bed sheets, 2 duvet covers and matching pillows, or 7 large bath towels,

The fluff filter is at the front of the dryer under the door which makes it easy to remove and clean. No more kneeling down and juggling to refit a back filter with 'short arms and sore knees'. This was always a problem. Easy and simple to operate instructions with helpful tips. Very quiet in use. Has a reverse tumble action which untangles the clothes and eliminates most of my ironing. Would be an excellent appliance for a kitchen location with its quiet operation. Venting kit at the back of the dryer was expandable to fit. Order and delivery was a dream. I've been looking for a replacement for months now. Old Hotpoint machine was over eighteen years old and ready for recycling.

I had this dryer delivered last weekend and it was greeted with a baptism of fire! As two children down with the lurgey requiring clean bedding and multiple clothes, the dryer could not have arrived at a better time! It dries quicker than expected, so I’ve reduced the amount of time I put things on for and catch it before it goes into the 20 minute cool down so I don’t have to iron items! Quite noisy, but for a busy household with two small children, this is already proving to be one of my best purchases. I did read that the hose is quite short, but from previous experience it is no shorter than most.

Very happy with the item, I ALWAYS choose Indesit, it is neat and quiet. I must however mention here that THE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM INDESIT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. On the day I ordered the item they called within one hour to arrange a delivery and told me that it would be delivered between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. on the day. Two days later I received an email and text stating that it would now be delivered between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. Guess what...... THEY DELIVERED BY 10.30 a.m. ...... you couldn't ask for better... Great Communications thank you.

I did some online study before buying this as I wasn't sure to go condensing or vented.I've had combo washing machine dryers in the past and the dryer part was useless.This dryer is great 40 minutes for a full wash of clothes then ready to be folded and put away.It seems vented is the way to go unless you want to spend allot of money on a top end vented machine.I bought this one as it has a big drum size for the price, energy rating isn't bad, and apparently is made in uk. (Better to support uk business)

We are a family of five and this dryer does everything I need, having a busy household means that most of the time someone always needs something on the day and being able to just throw it in the wash then the dryer has made life a lot easier, I didn't want anything to complicated as this can sometimes be more of a ball ache with all the lights and dials and such, just wanted simple to use, and this does just that, it's fab And so easy to use fits lovely under the worktop definitely recommend.

I decided to get a dryer after years of drying our clothes on radiators in the colder months. Did a bit of research and hesitated between this one and the sensor one which is a bit more expensive and has a lot of programs to choose from. However my online research concluded that sensor dryers were more likely to break down due to the sensor failing. So I decided to get a simpler dryer as the simpler the better. Really happy with product. It dries clothes very quickly and is relatively quiet.

I am really pleased with the tumble dryer and yes my last one was over 30 years old but I didn’t realise how inefficient it was. This is really quiet and very quick to dry, I bought the vented dryer as it is in my garage and the other types will not function at lower temperatures which of course will happen in that environment. Was really pleased with the price also, hopefully this will last as long as my last Indesit dryer but I don’t think it will as things do not appear to now a days.

My tumble dryer arrived on time,looked good seemed quiet,spins two ways,so less creases which is great.But then Dryer kept stopping every few minutes.It was working only if I was holding the door.I had to call people out to fix my brand new tumble dryer after only a test run which I found very annoying.Problem was with a door lock .One part was missing which hold the door shut.After that was working fine.Something to watch out for is how long to set the time on,as some clothes can shrink.

Haven't had a tumble dryer in years and realise what I have been missing after tipping my washing into it during a spell of bad weather and it all coming out lovely and dry after @ 40 minutes. I hadn't noticed the noise but as it is in the garage this wouldn't be a problem anyway. It was a good price for such a large capacity drum. Very pleased! Incidentally the Argos delivery guys were really helpful in delivering the machine down the garden to the garage without my even asking.

My machine arrived on 17 April, have only used it once it’s really quick and quiet compared to the other one I had but that was about 18 years old and on its way out, I’m really impressed so far I just hope it lasts because they don’t seem to make them last for long anymore easy to use, the only bad thing about it is the metal vent pipe not as bendy as the normal pipes you get and you have to jubilee clip it on the machine, we’ll have to see how good it is when it’s winter time.

This tumble dryer is straightforward to use, high or low heat then select time, up to 2 hrs max, press start. It's exactly what I was looking for as it is in the garage and fancy sensor dryers can have issues in cold temps. The drum is really big and it's reasonably quiet even with a full load of towels. Everything has dried well and completely. If I was really picking, I'd say the dial and start button don't feel too robust but it comes with 10yrs free parts so evens out well!

I was looking for an affordable good quality dryer, and after reading all the good reviews on this one it ticked all the boxes! i wasnt sure about the size and weight capacity so i was pleasantly surprised.. i only tend to use it for towels and last minute when we need something in a hurry.. it is very quiet and drys really quick giving you options for delicates too. the only down side and its not really a problem for me is the door seems quite stiff to open. would recommend.

I brought this to replace my old 34 year old dryer. I am very pleased with this its quiet and dries perfectly lovely fluffy towels. |The only fault I have is that the plug and hose are on opposite sides to my old dryer. if the plug lead was another 1 metre longer it would have saved him a lot of work in moving the electrics on the wall. luckily his good at DIY, a great machine hope it lasts as long as my old one.

I would definitely recommend buying a long meet hose as this one comes with a very short one. You have to gamble on how long clothes need to dry as there is no sensor to stop when dry. Also no bleeping at finish and clothes do come out slightly creased. Although now I've used it a few times and got to grips with it I'm happy with it. Good size drum, very quiet compared to my old and I find it dries quickly.
