After just 3 uses I noticed a huge design flaw,the door shape and lack of a decent seal means the water gathers around the edges of the dryer door and drips right out the machine onto the outside of the dryer (please see photo which I took after just 3 uses,I’ve had the dryer around a month now and this problem continues),although I can honestly say that this is so far the only problem I’ve encountered with this dryer.Delivery was stated as within 3working days although the earliest delivery slot offered was for in 3 working days so don’t expect it within 3working days,after reading the other reviews I knew to check the dryer before the delivery guys left,everything was fine,I took 5mins to

The size of this tumble dryer has saved me so much time doing laundry. I have a husband and 3 children and I manage to fit all our daily pyjamas, underwear, towels and my husbands workwear in one load. The anti crease feature is extremely useful as it'll just spin the drum every 10 minutes after the load is dry to stop it from creasing. The sensor dry has stopped me putting things in the dryer for too long as it'll just stop the cycle when the clothes are dry. I was hesitant for a while to use the jeans cycle but I tried it, with my husbands jeans, and they surprisingly didn't shrink. I haven't used any of the "one touch" smart functions on the app as all of the cycle options are all I need

Got this to replace a £450 indesit dryer that broke 3 times in 14 months (which replaced a hotpoint that broke 4 times in 12 months - seriously never buy hotpoint or indesit) so hopefully I'll have better luck... So far so good, had it a month now and drys well, good selection of programs, pretty quiet. Smart touch feature is a bit of a gimmick and not really that useful IMO... Only gripe is emptying the water is more fiddly than it should be... Why waste water tank is hidden at the bottom under a clip off panel is beyond me..? Otherwise seems a solid machine...

I must admit, this wasn't my first choice but due to constant delays I canceled my last order and went with the Candy Grand O Vita tumble dryer and I am glad the other didn't turn up now. This dryer is perfect with it's really large drum smart drying with loads of different functions depending on what you're drying. I do the laundry for 3 of us and it takes very little time to dry and using my smart meter I can see just how power efficient this machine is, as little as 11p for 3 hours.Well happy and can highly recommend..

Easy to use ,delivery was on time, I can see what people mean about the front casing drop down door as fragile but as long as your aware and use with care don't see a problem, water container and filter easy to empty and defluff. Sensor dry works well , first program time nearly gives you heart failure but about 15 -20 minutes in it falls to a reasonable time, 3 hours falls to a total of 1 hour .The large 10kg drum means all the clothes get turned around more easily. So far so good so dry.

Decided on a conventional dryer as It was going in the house and no where to vent. With having 3 children I needed something that was going to do the job quickly. This definitely did the trick, the drum is massive, there’s so many different options on there, and it dries the clothes better than other makes I’ve had, and a lot quicker. The machine looks good too, and is very quiet. The only downside I have with this that the smart technology only works with androids and not my iPhone.

Initial panic when the instructions on top showed how to install a vented dryer. When unpacked realised they were double sided with the condenser dryer instructions hidden from initial view. Its big, looks very smart & has heaps of settings including a smart phone option, but the instruction manual wasn't very helpful. Fortunately operation is quite intuitive & you just have to find the setting that works best. The clothes come out nice & dry & uncreased. Definitely recommended.

I was attracted to this dryer due to the multi- drying programmes. Usually basic machines only have 4/6 programmes whereas this version offers much more, delicates,quick wool spins etc. Choosing the correct programme for your washing help keep them in good condition. Am really pleased with my purchase, it was worth spending that little bit more. Delivery was free and chaps delivered into the designated area.The water tank underneath can be accessed quite easily.

This is a really nice looking dryer and the chrome makes it stand out. I am not too sure what the point of the mobile app is? - I use both Andriod and IOS phones, the IOS seems pointless as it doesn't give you any additional functions, whereas the Andriod gives you some additional features although they are limited. Buttons are touch sensitive and the dial feels high quality. It has an easy to read display and a great selection of drying modes.

Great features which mean the dryer stops when the clothes are dry so no wasted electricity or over dry clothes. However not many cycles allow anywhere near 10kg, seems to handle a reasonable load from my 8kg washing machine ok. Also not great for drying just a couple of items, it seems to reduce the drying time to early in the cycle and then leave the clothes damp. Overall its amazing compared our old one! and does dry a load in about 80 mins.

This is a great lookng piece of kit, very easy to install and maintain and does a great job of drying but, and this is an annoying but, there is no idication as to temperatures of all the settings, just clothes types, so you have no idea which is a cool tumble, it doesnt say in the manual either. It's driving my wife mad trying to guess which is the cooler settings... Apart from that, its great.

I received my dryer a few weeks ago, immediately after turning it on I thought wow that is really loud. This led to even having complaints from the neighbour as it was a loud thud every revolution. I contacted candy who today sent a repairman out as it is under warranty for 12 months. He advised us saying that it had clearly been dropped in transit as it had damaged the drum.

This machine is amazing, it's an efficient dryer, it's pretty easy to clean and it looks good ok. It's user friendly although I found the app bit a little hard to get it going but eventually did, the water trey isn't hard to get to but maybe if it opened from the bottom up and stayed there while getting the trey would be better but ye I'm happy with my purchase and I recommend.

Very happy with my purchase, just wondering why I didn’t take the plunge sooner! Not had this quarterly bill yet but it seems to be quite economic in the sense it does a good job at detected humidity and adjust the program time accordingly. There’s plenty of programmes to get to grips with, I’ve only used a few of them. It drys towels and bedding in no time very pleased

This Candy dryer is fine, however it leaks water from the bottom of the door. So by the end when the job is done you will have alot of water in front of the machine.We did return this to Argos and got a Beko one from John Lewis in the end. We decided not to have it repaired or exchanged as I believe this is a design fault and would have eventually happened again.
