The pen looks elegant and has a balanced weight. It writes well with the solitary ink cartridge provided, but it does not come with a converter and I tried two other commercial converters but they do not fit. I finally found a converter by Kaweco that fits. I prefer using a converter over cartridge ink, and consequently, now find this pen worthy of a five star. No faults for a lovely pen that writes.

The pen is quite heavy, but feels really nice in the hand. Slightly annoyed it came with blue ink. So I have to now order a black refil
