Have had this freezer for around three weeks,so far so good.Bought it to replace another freezer that had done its time, family of four & also have another so the size is fine, does make noise just like my old one but because it’s in a utility room I don’t hear it so much. Did quite an extensive search this was the cheapest size around, delivery was as stated I received text messages to keep me updated on time of delivery & it arrived within the time. Delivery guy was really nice & took away all packaging & explained how long to leave it before switching on etc, so at the moment very happy with purchase.

I have had this freezer for about 3 weeks now, i was surprised on how much space I actually had, I was looking for a new freezer as I have gone onto monthly pay I have filled this up but as I'm a single guy I now have over a months supply of food In it now.i was also kept informed by Hotpoint of delivery schedule a day was able to have it delivered on a Sunday that to me was fantastic

Ridiculous, we let the freezer sit overnight after delivery. On plugging it in the next day left it to freeze, hours after, done the groceries including frozen food, there was still nothing it didn't work. Lost my frozen food also. So disappointing. Not value for money if it doesn't work.

I ordered this freezer to go with the Hotpoint fridge I purchased a few weeks ago. This freezer is great value for money, and the compartments have lots of space. Makes my kitchen much bigger having replaced my old fridge freezer with these items.

What is there to say? It's white, it fits under a kitchen counter and it freezes stuff. All as advertised. It is unobtrusive, almost completely silent, and has no visible controls that might confuse kitchenophobes. It's a keeper.

I brought this to match my Hotpoint fridge - they look great side by side! Great size drawers & able to use within 15 minutes of putting into place. They removed my old freezer too...so really was hassle free.

Brought this freezer due to my old one being old and tired. Everything was so easy to do, from ordering to delivery, hot point being amazing and keeping me up to date with the delivery....highly recommended

After moving to a smaller house, we had no room for a fridge freezer. This Hotpoint undercounter freezer is surprisingly roomy and fits all my family's needs perfectly. Seems nice and quiet too. Very happy!

Bought this as a replacement for existing Hotpoint Freezer, draw space not as accommodating as the old one, good excuse to cut down on amount of food kept

I am so happy with my new freezer, it works very well for my family, big enough to store anything you need it. I would really recommend it.

Very pleased with this item. Quiet and smart. No problems at all. Matches the fridge I have. Drawers are smooth to open too.
