We bought this cooker to replace our old cooker which had broken and was un-repairable due to it's age.After looking on the internet we decided to purchase this cooker as it appeared to tick all the boxes we were looking for. Double oven, glass top, individual hob pan supports, gas safety shut off valve and nice looking.After having it installed it looked great, worked the way it should and was what we expected. The grill is very even at cooking, the ovens heat up quickly and are great to keep clean due to the lining.The only 1 thing i would have liked would have been a light in the top oven as well as 1 in the bottom oven.

Cooker is good. I found that adding some oven thermometers helped make cooking temperatures more accurate.Hotpoint told me an engineer would disconnect the old cooker before new one arrived. This didn't happen. So driver didn't remove the old one. After engineer did arrive, we had to manhandle old cooker out front to have it removed later.Engineer cut off the electricity plug and hardwired the new cooker. Did this without asking permission. I would have preferred to keep it on the plug.

The whole experience went smoothly with disconnection and removal of old cooker, delivery and installation of new cooker, all in one day. Design: form and function excellent. Door of main oven opens right to left, suits our kitchen well. Ignition of gas rings, 2 of each size, very efficient. Useful second oven for smaller amounts, also energy saving. Easy clean oven another good feature. The grill pan with detachable handle, works beautifully. Pleasing timer sound. Overall great product.

Classically sculptured fusion of glass an metal makes a striking center piece to any kitchen.The chrome is so smooth an shiny it reminded me of the terminator hence the title tho this could be both a positive an a negative when it comes to cleaning.The slow cooker feature is great an both ovens work flawlessly with great capacity making roast dinners a breeze.The auto spark function to light the burners is abit wierd for me but works fine overall a great cooker worth every penny.

I’m pleased with my purchase and how the disconnection, delivery and connect of new cooker. All was explained to me by the engineer. It’s a bit tricky to get the grill to come on but advised to put the top oven on for a bit and then the grill comes on easy. The hob has a safety cut off which is good but also the hob doesn’t light first go. I think it might be just having to get use to it. My old cooker was 17years old. Overall pleased with it and I’m happy with my purchase.

Both oven controls display cooking levels in clear sight at the top as control is rotated. The clock/timer function is very easy to use with a clear display and loud alarm.Having four pan supports is particularly useful instead of the usual two which makes for easier cleaning.I love the look of this cooker and the manufacturers finish and it looks excellent in my kitchen. I must add that both delivery, installation and recycling services were excellent.

The design gives a clean and fuss free look to the cooker.The best feature is without doubt the double oven. The upper, smaller grill/over allows you to cook a meal for two easily whilst the large oven can be used for a full Sunday roast.. Also no waiting around to cook two items at different temperatures as both ovens can be used simultaneously although you do need to observer the correct sequence of lighting them, see the manual..

a high quality product. Looks great, works really well. consistent temp's, good flame on rings. easy to set timer has been great, no rushing home to get tea on. coming home to see glow of oven. main oven is much hotter than our previous cooker. very pleased would recommend to anyone. Oh yes and they tel'd and said exactly when they were going to deliver it - brilliant.

I was slightly anxious about ordering this cooker as I originally wanted a range and felt this would be like my 50cm belling cooker. I was pleasantly surprised at the cooker when it was unpacked and fitted, it is nice and wide and looks very classy. It cooks quicker than my old cooker and looks great.

great cooker cant fault it. paid for install and recycle . had to wait over 5 days from a confimed date to get it installed then hotpoint couldnt do it, also still stuck with old cooker so recycle service a joke. argos and hotpoint customer service useless. had to pay to get a private gas engineer in

I bought this cooker to replace an electric cooker ,I had forgotten how much better to cook with gas was.Lovely sturdy cooker, looks good and cooks perfectly.Easy to clean. The best cooker I have ever had , I am really glad that I bought it.

From start to finish the process was great - end to end. Had tried to buy the same cooker from Currys but was messed about for weeks before the order was cancelled! Wont make the same mistake next time - will come straight to Argos!

Product is good looking, neat and simple in design and usage.No major disadvantages discovered after two months of use. I would recommend as a manly looking and operating equipment. Shame about installation issues - what a pain.

Got this cooker just before xmas, when old one broke. Was well pleased has had 14 to cook for. Good burners and found the 2nd top oven very usefull.Also pleased to get it in the greyish colour to match our other products

With 2 decent sized ovens and grill this is perfect for family cooking. Auto ignition and auto illumination (in main oven) it makes for easy use. Installation completed within 2 hours of delivery with no fuss.
