This was bought to replace a Cannon Kendal unit. They're basically the same, but the glass on the front of the Cannon got smashed and it was already six years old - so my thinking was strip it for spares (to sell on...) and buy another unit. This one shares the same strong chassis and other components, but there were differences. The grill isn't Quartz on this model, just an ordinary element, so it's less powerful and takes longer to deliver the heat. The hob-knobs (not the biscuit type!) are stepped instead of fully and minutely adjustable, and that may make regulating low heat a problem. Only one ring (the dual energy one) has a smooth graduation scale. I guess that's where I will place my pressure cooker and my soup pan!

Bought at Christmas time so every part has been tried and tested, i always used gas cookers but I'm so glad i changed to electric. Heats up fast (ovens about 10mins) top stays cool when using hobs + cools fast for simmering. Grill cooks food so much faster than gas. I absolutely love the top oven used it alot since i bought it. Cooks everything from roast potatoes to joints of beef perfectly . So easy to clean. Colour looks very nice, I 100% recommend this cooker. LOVE IT. probably will never go back to gas

I had to buy a new cooker as my cooker gave up on meI picked this one because it was the same make as my old one It was delivered within a few days the delivery man was a little abrupt but it was delivered okThe cooker is lovely it looks so good in my kitchen it looks bigger than it is I used it for the first time the other day to cook a Sunday dinner the cooker worked really well easy to use very clean cannot wait for Christmas so I can use both ovens

We owned a much older version of this applicance which was our primary reason for choosing this product. I am pleased to see all of the small issues I had with the older version are rectified in this update e.g. silly buttons that were difficult to remove and would get grubby, fan would continue even when door was open.The style has had a revamp too which really fits in with my existing kitchen appliances. Very happy and would certainly recommend

Have used hob, main oven and grill and all work perfectly, nice looking cooker, love the triple glaze cool touch doors - the only problem is the labelling for each function is a massive letdown as it's underneath the knobs and you cannot see them properly without kneeling on the floor. It is a very responsive cooker so if you put the wrong function on you can see more or less straight away. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

This cooker is very good .its looks really good I like the black and silver on handles .its very smart and quiet this is my second hotpoint ultimate the one I just replaced I had for 13 years only replaced it really because it was looking worn after painting my kitchen cupboards.however I’m disappointed with very because in less then a week the price as dropped by 20 pound and now free standard delivery so that 27 pounds cheaper .

I purchased this just a month ago and was a little hesitant because it was not the product that I have bought in the past, but I have been blown away by the quality and the simplicity of operation. The timer gives you all the usual options but makes them quick to use. The ovens are the same size as my previous cooker and the top plates heat up quick that saves on electricity. All in all I am very happy with this choice

This product is amazing, delivery service was excellent. It came packed extremely well, it's a lush looking cooker. It's very easy to use, setting the clock was easy and so was figuring out how to put the timer on. I would definitely recommend this product to other customers. The ovens warm up very quickly and so do the hobs. If you are looking to buy a new cooker then this is your best pick.

Had this after returning a Beko cooker (which was absolutely shocking, so bad we had two, and had to return both - avoid Beko, our Beko washing machine is also awful), so we decided to go with Hotpoint again, as our last cooker was Hotpoint and lasted years and years. Wouldn't recommend any freestanding cooker now other than Hotpoint, bit pricey but you get what you pay for,

hi...very happy with this stylish oven...only had it delivered a few days ago and have used everything on it...i love the option to only use half the grill...handy for 2 toasted grills and of course half the energy cost.......The only cons for me personally is lack of technical details ie....fuel energy for hobs information only!!..but thats just me.....its great anyway.....

I was not used to a fan assist oven before so took a little time getting used to how quick it cooks. Have to say I love it cooks quickly and cooks my cakes lovely every time. I also like the fact that when you open the door you get a rush of heat like every oven but after 2 seconds you don't get the heat coming from the oven if you leave the door oven. Great oven.

I bought this item as a present for my daughter and she is delighted with it,only thing was I paid for installation which wasn't done as the engineer said the gas pipe wasn't capped,my daughter has never had gas so my partner ended up installing it and now have to claim back price of installation.

Great that it has the oven cleaner liners, lovely looking cooker, enjoy using it to cook meals, hobs heats up super fast, same with oven, when oven door opens the fan and heat automatically stop which is great! Hotpoint delivery man was very polite aswell! Would recommend this cooker!

This item arrived last week. The delivery was a three hour slot and it arrived on time. The cooker looks great with smooth lines. Easy to operate with the hob heating instantly and the oven is roomy. It is quite expensive but I purchased in the sale. I am very happy with my purchase.

so far can't make anything wrong with cooker. It is not big deal the number being under the knob as all cooker had knobs and hobs in the same order. It is big and I just got it before the Christmas and cooked lovely meals. Very pleased with it and looks very nice in my kitchen
