I already own a Hisense fridge freezer and was impressed with its quality for the money so was happy to buy this brand again . It’s as nice looking and has great usability. Large capacity and very quite. My only gripe is the handle! It’s plastic and I expect it will break when given a jerk to open the door on the excellent seal on the freezer. The seal is so good which is great but I’m not sure how well the handle will last. On the fridge freezer I already owned has good stainless steel handles so was surprised to see plastic moulded handle on this freezer. Would be nice if this was upgraded to stainless steel as it’s the only thing that lets it down.

We have had this freezer for around four weeks and are pleased we chose it. It's nice looking, not too noisy and quite roomy. Perhaps on the downside - is the top two shelves which have lift up doors. There is a knack to opening and shutting these doors. You have to have to keep the doors straight and then lift the doors up and then down to close them. Hopefully these doors will last - only time will tell. The other disappointment is that the Freezer is only A+ it would have been good for it to have had a higher rating. All in all we are pleased with the freezer and hope it will last - again only time will tell.

had this freezer for about 8 weeks now and no issues, its very tall aprox 6ft and wide and deepthe draws are deep no issue, only thing thats not good is the 2 top draws are flaps and they both come off there runners very easy, the icecube tray was broken on arrival i called hisense up and a replacement was sent straight outthe freezer is quiet, when the motor runs yes you can hear it on par with most other freezersit can hold a lot of food in all draws the icubcube maker and draw are fabi can honestly say i would recommend this freezer and with a 5 year warranty what more could you ask for

We bought this Freezer to replace a very tired old one that, after gradually falling to pieces over the last 6 years of its life (no handle for 4 years) finally gave up on life.Having had a couple of weeks now, we're delighted with the extra capacity, the fact it's frost-free (no more hacking at icebergs to free the pizzas) and just how silent it is! The only negative? We had to rehang the door to open the other way - not too complex, but the instructions/diagrams included to do so are incredibly small & not particularly clear - something a little larger & better written would be helpful.

If you are looking for a freezer that offers spacious interior, while offering slimmer footprint, this is a really great freezer. I chose the silver, which looks really expensive. The handle arrived unfitted, so a minor fitting required. The two upper shelves aren't pull outs, they have a lift up server type hatch, which I didn't see mentioned in any write ups. There is a really good ice maker inside, which you turn to empty into a pot underneath. Drawers below are are generous too. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

Great looking freezer, large capacity. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the handle that looks metal in the picture is actually plastic. The seal is very good on freezer and I’m sure when you pull it to open the handle will break eventually. Would have liked a stainless handle like their fridge freezer has that I own. One of the reasons I purchased this is because I own a Hisense fridge freezer and was impressed with it. If a stainless handle is available for it I’d buy it.

Given the price I feel it is value for money. The back is not plastic according to research , it is metal and certainly does not feel plastic at all. The only annoy bit is that even if you have stocked up heavily on the shelves and as you try to open the door, it will pull and shift the entire unit. So you have to use one hand to pull and the other hand to hold or push back to open the door (perhaps the magnets are too strong). But otherwise, happy with this product so far.

This is a very nice freezer. I was a bit dubious as I’d not heard of this make before but can honestly say I am impressed. My only criticism and why I haven’t given 5 stars are the top 2 pull up covers on the shelves do not move very cleanly and often stick. You really have to jiggle them about to get to close down and I’m worried they might break as they feel quite flimsy. Apart from this it’s a great freezer.

Good freezer, and good value. But given China's flagrant abuse of international law (the South China Seas Islands and (after I bought the freezer) Hong Kong are just two examples) I would think very seriously about buying anything made in China again. I have given the freezer a good review - because it deserves it, but cannot recommend anyone buying something made in China.

just bought this freezer as i wanted one that was frost free looks great very sleek good silver colour loads of storage space love the large deep drawers top two shelves have an up and over lid which i found easy to use just take time when opening it is a bit noisier than last freezer but this must be due to it being frost free great product and would highly recommend

Nice looking freezer. I like the layout of the drawers and the variation in draw sizes is very useful. Clear plastic drawers makes it easier to use. The door handle was simple to attach. The only concern is that the seal on the door is so good that pulling door open moves the whole freezer! Have to hold freezer in place with one hand and open door with the other.

Never heard of Hisense freezers before, but still took a chance. Freezing very well so far, did expect a little more room, but getting used to that after large chest freezer, where things just got lost in the bottom third of it! Wasted food, and froze fingers looking for things.Loving the drawers and x 2 slide up shelf fronts.

Only had this freezer a couple of weeks but glad we bought it. It was bought to replace a normal one, this new one being frost free, can't do with defrosting anymore,to much trouble at our time of life. This new one seems to be keeping nice and clean, and frost free, so hears to the future, nice one Hisense ...Pebble5650

We have been using this appliance for about a month and it basically does what it says on the tin. This is one of four Hisense appliances we have purchased two for our old house and they worked so well we purchased two for the new house and all have been very efficient especially for the price. Highly recommended.

As a growing family we needed to ditch the standard size fridge freezer and find something with plenty of room , this product was the perfect option. Matching this product with the tall fridge is like having an American style fridge freezer only better , so simple , so spacious and perfect for our family needs
