I bought Happy Salmon Blue so that we had a game that all the family could play. Initially it sounded a bit simple and I suspected we could tire of it very quickly.How wrong I was! We took the game over to our friends for our regular games afternoon, to use as a short game whilst our host was putting the final touches to dinner. All present played one round and were immediately hooked, our host had to drag herself away to complete dinner whilst the rest of us played a further five rounds straight.The game can be played in two modes either everybody shouts out the card they are looking to match or in silence you each signal the card you are trying to match. The silent version wasn't that silent because of the peels of laughter.

What a brilliant game! Basically it's snap, bit with actions. Everyone has an equal number of cards, you shout the name of yours current card until you find someone who matches with you, perform the action with them, then discard your card. First player with no cards left wins. We played this in my house at Xmas time with cousins, siblings, parents and aunts (aging from 13 - 55) and everyone loved it. It was LOUD as we're a pretty loud family and everyone was screaming and running around the table, high fiving each other etc. But even those who were just watching were in tears laughing by the end. It's really small and compact, the size of a pencil case. Very quick to pick up the rules of the game.

Happy Salmon is one of the greatest games I have ever played! It is suitable for 3-5 players and is absolutely ridiculous but great fun!There are 4 different types of cards; pound it, high 5, switcheroo and happy salmon in the deck. The cards are dealt out and the aim of this game is to complete your cards before anyone else. In order to complete the cards you must match yours with someone else who is playing simultaneously..this leads to a lot of shouting and gesticulating in a very fast paced game but in our friendship group has been unanimously voted one of the best games to play. Definitely give it a go, you won't regret it!

Brilliant game - saw it on an online newspaper article about the best games you have never heard of - this is most definitely one! Love it! And it takes less than a minute to play, so you can play as many rounds as you choose and pick it up or leave it as you wish. Best with 4 or better still, 5 players or more.

Good quality thick plastic coated cards. Easy to learn, easy to teach. Need room to run around the table a bit so a table without chairs probably the best space. Fast and furious game play but will definitly make you smile. Suitable for all ages. Great for parties or family get togethers. Plays upto 6 people.

I bought this for my niece while not entirely sure if she would enjoy it, being only 6.However, it has been played with kids, with adults and with both kids and adults at the same time. Everyone had a blast so I can recommend this game. It's just as much fun to watch it being played as playing it.

Love this game. Played it for the first time in a Boardgame Café and it was hilarious. Bought this one for a present and we played it over 10 times alongside drinking games. The best one is playing it in silence and seeing everyone get really frustrated. Must buy!

Great, fun 2 minute game. Good to play with kids and groups of up to 6. Just keep shouting what's on the card and hope someone else does too. Loud, and in your face. No strategy or deep thinking required. Good warm up game.

Hilarious game. Worth the cost. You don't get much for the money but you don't need much. Good to play whilst having a few drinks as the tongue twisters would be hilarious. Equally good to play with kids.

This game is a lot of fun. Very simple to understand and play. Kids loved it, adults loved it too. We had 4 generations all enthusiastically playing on Christmas Day.

Bought this for my daughter for Xmas.Very noisy, fun game.Just need to be careful you collect all the cards after the game as they do get thrown about.

Great. Turned up promptly and packaged very well. Great hilarious and fun game for children and adults and can be played noisily or silently.

I gave this to one of the grandsons for his birthday (he's 6 and his brother is 8), and it was fun to play. We've played it a few times now.

I absolutely love this game, its fun for all ages. Its a simple game to play but we love playing it .its definitely a thumbs up from us .

This is a fantastic party game! It got us all up and shouting and laughing and generally having fun - what more could you ask of a game?
