Brilliant shower, which is generally of excellent quality. The rose does not drip when you turn it off, well not for a day or two. After that it starts to vent and over a couple of hours drips continue until all the water in the head has been lost. It would be better if the graphics on the control for whether to turn it to overhead or handheld rose were brighter though as you can’t see it clearly. Four times my wife turned it the wrong way, spraying the floor outside the shower area by putting it onto the handheld by mistake. However, overall its an excellent unit.Finally, the first unit arrived with the box damaged and half the contents missing.

This is the second Hansgrohe shower mixer I have bought recently. The results are just what I wanted. You need to be careful in selecting which model because there are many variations of similar showers from Hansgrohe. I have two minor reservations. 1) the inscribed titles on the two knobs are not very easy to read when you are standing in the shower (the other unit I bought previously had coloured inscriptions for hot v cold and for rain head v hand held shower. I note that where I live in SW London, the rain shower head needs a frequent but quick rub over the nipples to get rid of limescale. In summary, a great shower to buy at a reasonable price.

A beautifully made product. I installed this myself which game me a sense of the quality of this unit.My wife prefers the hand held shower, which we have lowered to suit her height, whereas I prefer the overhead (rainforest) shower head, which is a shower sensation.If you are installing this yourself, be prepared to cut the pipe to length - I had to buy a large pipe cutter and getting one that made a clean cut wasn’t that easy, so practice before committing to your final cut.

It cme well packed and promptly also.want svery easy for the plumber to fit and works perfectly also. The fact that you also have to turn the water temp past a built in temp stop makes it safe for kids etc..I would recommend it and will buy the same again when I eventually replace the other showers in the house.

I am having to replace shower heads every year due to hard water. this time i was looking for a better quality one. myprevious cheaper thermostatic was hard to adjust the temperature. i found this item to be great quality. easy to turn handles. recommended and i hope it lasts!

Brilliant shower, excellent quality, totally recommend.Feel totally refreshed using any of the shower heads, water flow is great (water pressure here is very good)Feel sturdy and controls easy to use.You get what you pay for...Quality product

This is an attractive showerhead with a large, square main drenching head and a smaller conventional shower head as an alternative. Looks great, works efficiently and lets both of us have the kind of shower we want. Really pleased with this.

A fantastic product. I bought it as my Mother has limited dexterity and was finding hard to use the shower we had. The design of this product will make things easier for her.It also looks good as well !

We are really pleased with the quality of this shower. It’s looks very sleek and functions as expected. The only caveat is that we have used it for 2 days only. Let’s hope it last for a long time!

Arrived mostly intact, but the rain shower head was missing its cover. Luckily it will probably not be noticeable in the bathroom unless someone climbs up to take a look...

Quality is pretty good and the controls are super smooth to operate. Easy to install, length can be cut to size which is not always possible with some other makes.

The shower is the best one we have installed yet. We have had a number of different showers in the past but this one is the best for good water flow.
