Like other reviewers I was having trouble with my car CD player -wasn;t loading, skipping tracks, not allowing me to select tracks etc. Driving (sic) me mad for months and thought i might have to take it to the garage to be fixed or worse, buy a new CD player. Then I read the reveiws here and some said they'd had the same trouble that I was having and that this fixed it. i was doubtful but took the chance that it was only dirt on the laser. Best four quid I ever spent. It works!

I brought this for my dad as his CD player kept refusing to play certain CDs and I thought we could have a go at cleaning it before buying a new one.This product was brilliant and cleaned the player perfectly with no fuss. Now my dad can listen to all his music again and can save his money as he doesn't need to fork out for a new stereo. An absolutely fatastic buy and two very happy customers!

Simple to use.Worked really well on a stereo system with a skipping CD player.Haven't tried it on a DVD player.Not really much more to say. Did what it said it would.The only negative is the small print on the packaging says not for use on in car systems. Glad that's not what I bought it for.

I was having problems playing some of my DVDs - looked for something that hopefully solve the problem, saw this and gave it a try. It was obviously what my DVD player needed because I can now play all my dvds. Would recommend this for cleaning.

I used this for my Audi RNS-E satnav unit in my car. It complained about not being able to read the disc. Often a repair so I thought worth a punt. Now two months on, my system is still perfect. Well worth it.

I was pleased with the product but bought both lens and laser cleaner separately because Amazon didn't specify the difference. both are the same

What can I say - it is a good quality drive cleaner at a reasonable price, and it works as expected. I have not noticed any problems with it.

Used this on a radio/cd player I haven't used in a long time, before playing music CD, which played fine. Very happy with this product.

Worked an absolute treat. Service was first rate. Couldn't buy a better product anywhere than this. Does the job required of it.

This is a cheap and effective alternative to many products out there. I would thoroughly recommend the product and the company.

Good and simple to use except on instructions telling you to put arrow facing in but no arrow on disc.
