Got this memory for my AMD FX 8320 CPU mounted on a Gigabyte 970A-DSP3-FX motherboard with 2 x 4GB of DDR3 PC3-14900/1866MHz XMP ram.Plugged it in and my PC booted up with no problems, went in to the BIOS to make sure the motherboard's XMP ram function was switched on.G-skilll and the existing ram worked perfectly in XMP mode and overall speed for both rams was 1600mhz which is still fast.My PC is rock solid, runs very smoothly with no problems.If I need to buy more ram I'll buy G-Skill first as I trust it.

Upgrading a P.C is a fun experience.Choosing what component to upgrade and to what standard...Figuring out what CPU needs which Mobo, needs which DDR... ... ...Anyway, as a second hand bargain I am impressed with the brand having previously only used Crucial.The red heat spreader complimented my pc colour scheme perfectly.

hi I built another computer and I have found out of all the memory I have in my computers G Skill are the best ripsaws are great and yes I would bay again and recommend them to anyone they are fast and the price for them is greatthank youyoursharryferrari666
