I recently had a number of problems with Corsair memory letting me down.I don't know why but out of the last 3 PC's I built I have had memory failures in all of them.I'm not entirely convinced it's not been something to do with ASUS motherboards as well but Ho-Hum.So I took the plunge with G Skill after reading some good things about them AND I swapped the ASUS motherboard out for a Gigabyte board. The result have been very good. No issues and performance seems stable. I've started winding the board and consequently the memory for over-clocking and it seems to respond to it well. Heat is managed effectively and I get little variance on my benchmarks.I may stick with G Skill for a while now.

No problems with this memory.Used it to increase the RAM on my ageing Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R motherboard from 4GB (Corsair 800MHz XMS2-6400 DDR2) to this 8GB DDR3.Main reason for doing so is that I run a lot of image processing software such as Lightroom, Photomatix and Photoshop, and with 4mb the PC was struggling to cope.Although the Windows Experience Index (for what its worth) isn't any faster, my computer now runs a lot more smoothly especially when I have several of those memory intensive applications running at once processing large images of 12 megapixels or more.Only gripe - wish I'd waited a week as the price is now £5 less.

Wonderful package!Looks great, runs great, compatible with my MSI motherboard and AMD Phenom Quad 965,Unpacked it, placed it in the slots, clicked them in, closed case, powered up,recognised.For those who are curious,theres a lot of agro concerning where to put them if the computer has say 2 out of 4 slots already taken,should you move the other to the back and the new to the front,the answer is it doesnt really matter?as long as they are running at the right speed, (1333) slot them into the coloured slots (for dual)and wallah!Picked it up straight away.

I decided to go the whole hog on a new Windows 7 64 bit PC and with a Sandybridge mainboard bought two lots of this RAM for the full 16gb. It's attractive stuff if you want it for a windowed case PC and runs nicely passing a full test on Memtest86 with flying colours. Add in a lifetime warranty for peace of mind and what you have here is great RAM at a reasonable price. This is the first G-Skill RAM I've ever purchased but after this I'd be happy to buy more in future.

although this is only dual and not tri channel memory it has nicely upgraded my machine (prev had 4Gb) and G Skill are a solid and reliable brand, so far good performance - whether running several programs or intensive gaming it's working way smoother and sharper than previous Kingston memory, all in all a worth while upgrade.

I bought this since my last RAM died on me. So far I've had it for a week and it seems to be ok not had any programs slowing down so would definitely recommend this RAM if your motherboard supports it.

I bought a pair of these to match the existing pair in a new PC. Now running 4 identical strips and they run very well. No hesitation in recommending them.

Gave an old pc a new lease of life, Installed with no issue 2indows 7 sees the memory at power up runs like a dream now.
