It took me a while to end up on the GSkill doorstep, having tried several other makes, but i couldnt clock my Asus motherboard with any other make, size, or speed memory. This really was the case. And i wasted many weeks trying, mostly due to massive refund delays taking 28days per package, and many emails. So I am very grateful to GSkill, because they helped me to succeed my quest for speed, and compatability. Well done GSkill.

These are a great upgrade from 1600's. I have had some set up issues, such as voltage needing to be raised & my motherboard not setting the timings for the stick correctly, causing random restarts at inconvenient times. At present, I can't run them at the 2133 even though my MB supports it. 1866, set manually in the BIOS is stable @plenty fast enough.

As these are not low profile you will need to lift the fans up 5MM if you are running a Noctua cooler.

Really nice ram. Works perfectly on xmp profile 2133mhz with mine p9x79 pro motherboard and 4930k cpu.
