Because amazon sometimes throws multiple items into the same review category. That's the exact model number of the RAM kit I bought F4-3200C14D-32GVK.Mine worked perfectly fine at 3200mhz with about the right CL14 timings at 1.35v with a 2700x and an asus x470 crosshair hero vii. The "oc" took me about 2 minutes to dial in, starting from one of the OC profiles ASUS provides with this board. Out of the box it ran only with 2100mhz with worse timings, pressumably because it's not on the QVL and thus does not do that automatically. Maybe I'll try to make it even better sometime. But it's pretty good now already for little effort and rock solid stable in Realbench,so no complains there. The reason I got this RAM and not one on the QVL is simply because there where no good 2x16gb kits on the QVL and I also didn't want RGB RAM. This one supposedly has Samsung B die on it, witch works very well with AMDs RYZEN cpus. I didn't yet find a way to confirm that it's really Samsung B die. It might very well be, that the only way to find out is to remove the heatspreader and look what chips are under it.The two bad (and only) reviews of people that got failty sticks on arrival don't scare me at all. Looking at how VASTLY different reviews of the same kit are on other sites and knowing that RAM does usually tend to outlife any system you'll ever build unless you run it with redicolous voltage 24/7. It's a non issue. Send it back if you get faulty RAM, get a replacement.Only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because I paid more for RAM than my CPU cost, witch is redicolous. But it's not G.Skills fault. It's Micron, Hynix and Samsung who ultimately choose the prices for RAM. Potentially price fixing, or just not being able to keep up. Who knows.
