Ordered these on august 3rd and paid £45 (got lucky after seeing current price). Bought to replace some really old Corsair XMS3 (4gb) from 2010. I thought it was time for an upgrade and more RAM. I would have bought some more XMS3 but at the time the G.Skill was cheaper. However having never heard of G.Skill I was a bit apprehensive about buying some, but I saw the prices of other brands of RAM and thought I would give it a go. I have the RAM installed with a AMD Athlon II X3 450 processor.I have to say that I am really impressed with the RAM, it performs really barely breaking a sweat even under heavy loading.

Ordered these as corsair vengeance 2133mhz low profile were incapable of running at any other speed other than JDEC SPD defaults of 1333mhz across 3 of my Intel platforms.. Horrid sticks of ram! These however are perfect.. plugged in to my Gigabyte ga-Z77-d3h..i5-3570k, the system booted at the jdec 1600mhz defaults at 11.11.11.28.. changed to XMP profile run no problems at 9.9.9.24 2T.. Unlike corsair which could not even manage to be stable in windows at these figures! - changed the command rate to the more desirable 1T CMD and Memtest+ ..No Errors.. have not tried to overclock.. no real need at the moment.. but some reports suggest 1866mhz and stock voltage are easily obtainable.

This is a replacement item as the first one was faulty.Amazon sent out a replacement immediately when i spoke to them.The replacement is working correctly at 1600 mhz although my motherboard set this at the default setting of 1333 mhz which is common with Amd systems. To change this just go into bios and change the 1333 mhz to 1600 mhz (auto) or use the 1600 profile in D.O.C.P or use manual settings although i didnt need to.Using a asus m5A97 r2.0 motherboard and fx 6300 cpu this should work as above, if it doesn't then something is probably faulty.

Sometimes we come across jewels on the internet and this is definitely one. The price is awesome £45, the timings destroy that of the competitors of the ram. Its low profile so it will fit under big coolers. G-skill is a very good at making ram and maybe even the best and they don't break ever. I recommend this to any and everyone. Btw it is possible to overclock this ram to 1866 mhz as well which is always nice.

very good price, recived the item, put them in one worked one did not work tried different conbinations in the dimm slots computer kept bleeping no joy. contacted amozonhelp line, very very good. printed off a return label, sent both back, replaced with two new ones. both working

Came across this RAM when it was on sale so I got it cheaper than most but it’s been excellent value for money. Does what it says on the tin in terms of specs and performance.I’d buy from this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

These Ram cards are great for any one who is trying to build a fast computer on a moderate budget. If you are using these DIMMs in conjunction with others you should make shaw your cards have 9-9-9-24 latency timings.

Included in my pc build, works really great and handles everything I do smoothly, such as playing online games, facebook, skype, all at the same time ^.^
